Ադրբեջանի պատերազմական հանցագործությունները. միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է «արթնանա»

Արցախում ընթացող ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանը խախտել է բոլոր հնարավոր և անհնարին կոնվենցիաները, մարդու իրավունքի կոպիտ ոտնահարումը դարձել է այս պետության ահաբեկչական էության արտահայտում:
Դիցուք՝ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը, հոկտեմբերի 2-ին՝ ժամը 13:40-ի սահմաններում, դիտավորյալ, ուժգին և թիրախային կերպով հարվածել են Արցախի Հանրապետության մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքացիական նշանակության օբյեկտներն ու ենթակառուցվածքները: Մասնավորապես, Ադրբեջանի կողմից թիրախավորվել է Արցախի արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության շենքը, որն իրականացնում է փրկարար ու մարդասիրական գործունեություն:
Մարդասիրական գործառույթներ իրականացնող անձանց և պետական մարմինների թիրախավորումը ևս մեկ անգամ փաստում է, որ Ադրբեջանը ռազմական գործողություններ է վարում՝ կոպտորեն խախտելով միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերը, ներառյալ՝ կատարելով պատերազմական ծանրագույն հանցագործություններ:
Մինչև այս միջադեպը, Ադրբեջանը կիրառել է կասետային հրթիռներով Սմերչը համազարկային կրակի ռեակտիվ համակարգեր Հադրութ քաղաքի քաղաքացիական նշանակության օբյեկտների վրա, որի արդյունքում վիրավորվել է երեք անձ: Սա այս օրերին քաղաքացիական նշանակության օբյեկտների դեմ կասետային զենքի կիրառման առաջին դեպքը չէ, ինչը նույնպես միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի կոպտագույն խախտում է:
Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է խախտել Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական կոնվենցիան և թիրախավորել քաղաքացիական բնակչությանն ու բնակավայրերը:
Ադրբեջանը խախտել է իր իսկ կողմից ընդունած Ժնևյան կոնվենցիան, Արցախն էլ դեռևս 1993 թվականին միացել էր այդ կոնվենցիային և իր հանձառությունը կատարում է, իսկ Ադրբեջանը՝ ոչ, չնայած նրան, որ ՄԱԿ-ի անդամ է:
Թուրք-ադրբեջանական թիրախում հայտնվել են նաև հայաստանյան և օտարերկրյա լրագրողներ: Դա արվեց այն բանից հետո, երբ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտարարեց, թե որքան մեծ արձագանք կա միջազգային լրատվամիջոցնեի կողմից՝ լուսաբանելու այս հակամարտությունը: Նախարարության կողմից հավատարմագրվել էին ավելի քան 50 միջազգային առաջատար լրատվամիջոցների լրագրողական թիմեր՝ մոտ 200 լրագրողներ, որոնցից մեծամասնությունը՝ 100-ից ավելի լրագրողներ արդեն իսկ աշխատում էին Արցախում: Մարտունի այցելություններից մեկի ժամանակ վերջիններս հայտնվել էին կրակի ներքո, երբ Ադրբեջանը հերթական անգամ սկսել էր ուժ կիրառել քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվախքների նկատմամբ: Լրագրողների գործունեության խաթարումը միջազգային իրավունքի խախտում է.
