Կութ և Շատվան գյուղերի ուղղությամբ արվել են հրետանային հարձակումներ, ինչպես նաև հարվածներ ԱԹՍ-ներով․ ՀՀ ՄԻՊ

Սեպտեմբերի 30-ին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը այց է իրականացրել Հայաստանի Գեղարքունիքի մարզ՝ քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերի ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանական ռազմաօդային և հրետանային հարձակումների մասին փաստահավաք աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու առաքելությամբ։ Աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել Վարդենիս քաղաքում, շրջակա Սոթք, Շատվան, Կութ և մի շարք այլ գյուղերում: Փաստահավաք առաքելությամբ աշխատանքային խումբը տեղում արձանագրել է,որ ադրբեջանական ռազմաօդային ու հրետանային տարբերակում չունեցող (indiscriminate), ինչպես նաև թիրախային հարձակումները Հայաստանի Գեղարքունիքի մարզի քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերի ուղղությամբ իրականացվել են սեպտեմբերի 27-ի վաղ առավոտից սկսած:
Հարձակումներն առավել ագրեսիվ են եղել սեպտեմբերի 28-ին և 29-ին, որոնց ընթացքում սպանվել է նաև մեկ քաղաքացիական անձ: Գյուղերի ուղղությամբ հրետանային և ռազմաօդային, այդ թվում՝հեռակառավարվող անօդաչու թռչող սարքով (ԱԹՍ) հարձակումներ իրականացվել ենբոլոր օրերին՝ առավելապես վաղ առավոտյան ու ցերեկային ժամերին, իսկ սեպտեմբերի 29-ի լույս 30-ի գիշերը ինտենսիվ հրետակոծումներ են իրականացվել գիշերային ժամերին:
Կութ և Շատվան գյուղերում աշխատանքները ցույց են տվել, որ այս բնակավայրերի ուղղությամբ արվել են հրետանային հարձակումներ, ինչպես նաև հարվածներ ԱԹՍ-ներով: Գյուղերի բնակելի տների անմիջական հարևանությամբ արձանագրվել են հողի մեջ խրված և չպայթած կամ մասնակի պայթած հրետանային արկեր, որոնց հայտնաբերման վայրը, դրանց ընկնելու ուղղությունը վկայում են, որ ադրբեջանական կողմն իրականացրել է նպատակային թիրախավորումներ՝ կոնկրետ բնակավայրին վնաս հասցնելու նպատակով:
Գեղամասար խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավարի` Սոթք գյուղում գտնվող տան ուղղությամբ ևս հրետանային արկ է արձակվել: Փաստահավաք խումբը տեղում արձանագրել է, որ արկն ընկել է նրա տնից ընդամենը մի քանի մետր հեռավորության վրա՝ տան տնամերձ հողամասի քարե պարիսպի անմիջական հարևանությամբ: Տանն այդ պահին գտնվող ընտանիքը չի վնասվել միայն այն պատճառով, որ արկը չի պայթել: Ակնհայտ է, որ այս դեպքում մեծ վնասներ կարող էին հասցվել բնակելի տանը՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ քարե պարիսպը արկի պայթելու հետևանքով կարող էր լուրջ վնասներ պատճառել նաև գյուղի մյուս բնակելի տներին։
