Հ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ նախորդ օրվա վերլուծությունները ցույց են տվել՝ Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի մեկ մարտական դիրքի վրա գրոհի է նետվում մոտավորապես 150-200 թշնամական զինվոր, ընդ որում՝ այսպիսի գրոհները կրկնվում են օրվա մեջ մի քանի անգամ, ուղեկցվում են հրթիռային եւ ավանդական հրետանու, զրահատեխնիկայի, օդանավերի, անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի աջակցությամբ: Այս մասին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծել է հոկտեմբերի 3-ին հայ ժողովրդին հղված իր ուղերձում:
«Մեր զինվորականների վկայությամբ, բացի ադրբեջանական բանակի ստորաբաժանումներից, գրոհներին ներգրավված են սիրիացի վարձկաններ ու ահաբեկիչներ, թուրքական բանակի հատուկջոկատայիններ: Մեր տեղեկություններով թուրքական բանակի շուրջ 150 բարձրաստիճան զինվորականներ գտնվում են Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի տարբեր օղակների հրամանատարական կետերում եւ ղեկավարում են ռազմական գործողությունները: Այս նկարագրությունն ինքնին պիտի վկայի, թե ինչպիսի ծանր մարտեր են տեղի ունենում առաջնագծում»,-նշել է նա:
Արդեն մեկ շաբաթ՝ Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակը, կամավորական ջոկատները կենաց եւ մահու կռիվ են տալիս Արցախի սրբազան հողի վրա: Այս պահի դրությամբ արդեն ունենք բազմաթիվ մարդկային կորուստներ՝ զինվորական և քաղաքացիական, շարքից դուրս է եկել մեծ թվով զինտեխնիկա, բայց հակառակորդը այդպես էլ ի վիճակի չի եղել լուծել որեւէ ռազմավարական խնդիր:
«Աներեւակայելի է այն տոկունությունը, որով մեր զինվորները, սպաները, գեներալներն ու ազատամարտիկները կանգնած են հրոսակային այս հարձակմանը հանդիման: Մեր զինվորներն ու կամավորները չեն խնայում ոչինչ եւ հերոսության աներեւակայելի օրինակներ են ցույց տալիս: Այսօր մարտի դաշտում հակառակորդի հարյուրավոր ոչնչացված զրահատեխնիկա կա, տասնյակ օդանավեր եւ ուղղաթիռներ, հարյուրավոր անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր, մարդուժի կորուստները հակառակորդի անցնում են մի քանի հազարը: Այս պահի դրությամբ էլ թեժ մարտերը շարունակվում են առաջնագծի տարբեր հատվածներում, որոշ տեղերում Պաշտպանության բանակի զորքերը գտնվում են բավականին ծանր դրության մեջ, որոշ տեղերում վստահորեն տիրապետում են իրավիճակին»,-ընդգծեց ՀՀ վարչապետը:
