Քաղաքական գիտության Հայաստանի ասոցիացիան դիմել է ԱՄՆ–ի, Ֆրանսիայի և Ռուսաստանի նախագահներ Դոնալդ Թրամփին, Էմանուել Մակրոնին և Վլադիմիր Պուտինին՝ առաջարկելով Արցախի ճանաչումը դիտարկել ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման արդյունավետ ճանապարհ։ Քաղաքական գիտության Հայաստանի ասոցիացիայի տարածած հայտարարությունում ասվում է․

Քաղաքական գիտության Հայաստանի ասոցիացիայի խորհուրդը, քննարկելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության (Արցախի Հանրապետության) դեմ Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության սանձազերծած ագրեսիան, ընդունել է դիմում՝ ուղղված ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ պետությունների ղեկավարներին։

«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության անկախության ճանաչումը որպես Արցախում պատերազմի դադարեցման արդյունավետ միջոց»

Քաղաքական գիտության Հայաստանի ասոցիացիան վերահաստատում է 2016 թ. ապրիլին Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած ագրեսիայից հետո 2016 թ. ապրիլի 8-ին ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղարին, ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի գործող նախագահին, Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ պետությունների ղեկավարներին ուղղված դիմումում, ինչպես նաև 2014 թ մարտի 31-ին Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Ալիևի՝ էքսպանսիոնիստական հայտարարությունների կապակցությամբ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ պետությունների ղեկավարներին ուղարկված նամակում բերված փաստերը, խորին մտահոգություն է հայտնում Արցախի դեմ ընթացող ռազմական գործողություններում Թուրքիայից բերված ահաբեկիչների՝ Ալ–Քաիդայի վարձկանների մասնակցության փաստի առնչությամբ։ Անհրաժեշտ ենք համարում ամրագրել, որ Թուրքիայում և Ադրբեջանում իշխող տոտալիտար/ավտորիտար վարչակարգերը «Իսլամական պետության» ծայրահեղականների օգտագործմամբ ցեղասպանական պատերազմ են վարում ժողովրդավարական պետություններ Հայաստանի և ԼՂՀ-ի դեմ։

Բարձր գնահատելով ս.թ. հոկտեմբերի 1-ին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի Խմբի համանախագահ պետությունների ղեկավարների ընդունած հայտարարությունը, և ընդգծելով 1991 թ. Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության հռչակման գործընթացի օրինապատշաճությունը և համապատասխանությունը միջազգային իրավունքին ու այդ ժամանակ գործող ԽՍՀՄ օրենսդրությանը, առաջարկում ենք Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության մեծարգո Նախագահներին դիտարկել Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության ճանաչումը որպես Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի կողմից հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ ցեղասպանության կրկնման նպատակ հետապնդող ագրեսիվ ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման արդյունավետ ճանապարհ»։
