Արցախի ԱԳՆ-ն կոչ է անում միջազգային հանրությանը ճանաչել Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախությունը

Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախությունը ճանաչելու անհրաժեշտության վերաբերյալ, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

 

«2020 թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ից սկսած Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը՝ Թուրքիայի և Մերձավոր Արևելքից ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների աջակցությամբ, Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծել են ագրեսիվ պատերազմ։

Ադրբեջանի լայնածավալ զինված հարձակումը Արցախի Հանրապետության վրա ուղեկցվում է միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերի, ինչպես նաև զինված հակամարտությունների ժամանակ կիրառվող օրենքների և սովորույթների լուրջ խախտումներով։

 

Մասնավորապես՝ ադրբեջանա-թուրքական զինված կազմավորումները միտումնավոր գնդակոծում են Արցախի քաղաքները, գյուղերը և քաղաքացիական օբյեկտները՝ խաղաղ բնակչության ահաբեկման և ոչնչացման նպատակով։ Նրանց հանցավոր գործողությունների արդյունքում խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում կան բազմաթիվ զոհեր։

Ողջունում ենք ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների և, ընդհանրապես, միջազգային հանրության ջանքերը՝ ուղղված Ադրբեջանի ռազմական ագրեսիայի անհապաղ դադարեցմանը և լարվածության նվազեցմանը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, նշում ենք, որ միջազգային հանրության բոլոր պահանջները և կոչերը լկիտիաբար մերժվում են Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի և ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների եռյակ դաշինքի կողմից։

Կոչ ենք անում միջազգային հանրությանը ճանաչել Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախությունը՝ Արցախի քաղաքացիների կյանքի և խաղաղ զարգացման իրավունքների ապահովման համար։ Ստեղծված պայմաններում Արցախի միջազգային ճանաչումը տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և անվտանգության վերականգնման միակ գործող մեխանիզմն է»:
