Կանադան նշել է Թուրքիա զենքի արտահանման դադարեցման պայմանը

Շամպանը նշել է, որ արտահանման հարցումները մշակելիս հավատարիմ է «ամենաբարձր չափանիշները պահպանելուն», ինչպես նաեւ նշել է Կանադայի նվիրվածությունը ՄԱԿ-ի պայմանագրին...
Կանադայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆրանսուա-Ֆիլիպ Շամպանը խոստացել է դադարեցնել Թուրքիա զենքի արտահանման թույլտվությունների տրամադրումը, եթե պարզվի, որ դրանց օգտագործումը հանգեցնում է մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների, հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն:
«Ես անհապաղ հանձնարարեցի մեր պաշտոնյաներին հետաքննել... պնդումները: Ես պատրաստ եմ կասեցնել կամ չեղարկել ցանկացած թույլտվություն... եթե պարզվի, որ այն իր նպատակի համար չի օգտագործվել»,- Canadian Press-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է նախարարը:
Շամպանը նշել է, որ արտահանման հարցումները մշակելիս հավատարիմ է «ամենաբարձր չափանիշները պահպանելուն», ինչպես նաեւ նշել է Կանադայի նվիրվածությունը ՄԱԿ-ի պայմանագրին:
«Ես խոսել եմ տարբեր հետաքրքրված խմբերի հետ, որոնք բարձրացրել են այդ հարցերը, եւ ես լուրջ եմ վերաբերում նրանց մտահոգություններին»,- հավելել է Կանադայի արտգործնախարարը:
Ավելի վաղ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կանադական մամուլին տված հարցազրույցում ասել էր, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ում Թուրքիայի դաշնակիցները պետք է բացատրեն, թե ինչու են թուրքական F-16-երը ռմբակոծում Ղարաբաղը՝ սպանելով խաղաղ բնակիչներին: Փաշինյանը նաեւ հավելել էր, որ «Մերձավոր Արեւելքից բերված ահաբեկիչները Թուրքիայի հովանու ներքո կռվում են Ադրբեջանի կողմից»:
