Ադրբեջանի ՀՆԱ-ի շուրջ 40 տոկոսը բաժին է հասնում նավթարդյունահանման ճյուղին: Սա վկայում է Ադրբեջանի թերզարգացած տնտեսության մասին: Իրենք պարզապես գերշահագործում են իրենց գազի, նավթի հանքերն ու վաճառում: Ու սա նշանակում է, որ գերկախվածություն ունեն արտաքին մարտահրավերներից: Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց տնտեսագետ Թադևոս Ավետիսյանը:

«Մենք վերլուծել ենք ու տեսել, որ Ադրբեջանը իր զարգացման տեմպերով ու տնտեսական կառուցվածքով նավթարդյունահանող երկրների վերջին շարքում է: Բացի այդ, Ադրբեջանն ունի խորացող կոռուպցիա բոլոր մակարդականերում, որն օր- օրի զարգանում է, ինչն իր հերթին ներդրումային միջավայրի բացասական հետևանքներ է բերում: Երրորդը սոցիալական խնդիրներն են: Ադրբեջանում այդ խնդիրներն անհամեմատ ավելի լարված են, քան տարածաշրջանի երկրներում: Իրականում եկամուտների գերկենտրոնացվածություն ունեն ու նավթային եկամուտները շատ քիչ մարդկանց մեջ է բաշխվում: Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունը խորը հարվածներ է ստանում նաև աշխարհաքաղաքական ռիսկերից. Արցախյան հակամարտությունն Ադրբեջանում իրապես բարձրացնում է ներդրումային ռիսկերը, հարվածում նաև օտարերկրյա ուղղակի ներդրումների ներգրավման հեռանկարին»:

Տնտեսագետի խոսքով, արդեն այսօր առկա առարկայական ցնցումները, պատերազմական իրավիճակը շատ ուղղակի և անմիջապես հարվածում են այս երկրի տնտեսությանը:

 «Պատճառն այն է, որ չունի բուֆերներ, որոշակի տնտեսական կառուցվածք, որով հնարավորություն կունենա որոշակիորեն դիմագրավել ռիսկերին: Մեր կանխատեսումներն իրականություն են դառնում և, այո, առաջին ազդակը կա. Ադրբեջանի ազգային դրամական միավորն արժեզրկվում է, ներդրումներն արդեն սկսել են կրճատվել: Այս ամենի մեջ պակաս կարևոր չէ Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրահրված պատերազմի վերաբերյալ միջազգային հանրության դիրքորոշումը: Դրանք ավելի հասցեական են դառնում, ինչը մեսիջ է նաև Ադրբեջանի հիմնական գործընկեր տնտեսվարողներին: Ակնհայտ է, որ սա բերելու է նաև տնտեսվարողների ներդրումային նախագծերի փոփոխությանը: Այս խնդրի տնտեսական հետևանքները Ադրբեջանը դեռ տևական ժամանակ զգալու ու տեսնելու է իր մաշկի վրա:  Ադրբեջանում իրականում տնտեսության չկա, կան նավթահորեր ու նավթի խողովակներ: Իհարկե, նավթի արտահանման հիմնական ուղղությունները կպահպանվեն, բայց այսպիսի պարագայում Ադրբեջանի գործընկեր երկրները կզգուշանան, որովհետև պարբերաբար կրկնվող պատերազմներն այդ խողովակաշարերի, գազամուղների և նավթամուղների կայուն ու անվտանգ շահագործման տեսանկյունից իրական ռիսկեր են բերում: Իսկ ներդրումների հիմնական ուղղությունն էլ հենց այդտեղ է: Այսինքն, շատ պարզ է ամեն ինչ. նավթային ասեղի վրա նստած տնտեսությունը կայուն տնտեսական կորուստներ է ունենալու, քանի որ այդ ասեղի ռիսկը էապես բարձրանում է»,-եզրափակեց Թ. Ավետիսյանը:
