Ուկրաինայի ԱԳ նախարար Դմիտրի Կուլեբի հայտարարությունները Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության աջակցության մասին «զարգացվեցին» նախագահ Զելենսկու կուսակցության ազդեցիկ պատգամավորների հարցազրույցներով, որոնցում նրանք խոսում են Ադրբեջանին անգամ ռազմական աջակցության ցուցաբերման անհրաժեշտության մասին։

Մի կողմ թողենք այն հանգամանքը, որ Ուկրաինան շատերի կողմից ընկալվում է՝ որպես պետության ձախողված մոդել, որն ինքն անհրաժետություն ունի արտաքին աջակցության։ Սակայն այս բազմաշերտ թեմային կանդարադառնանք մեկ այլ առիթով։

Հիմա արձանագրենք, որ Ուկրաինան Հայաստանի հանդեպ որդեգրել է ծայրահեղ ոչ բարեկամական, եթե ոչ՝ թշնամական քաղաքականություն, որը պետք է համարժեք, այսպես ասած՝ հայելային արձագանք ստանա պաշտոնական Երևանի կողմից։

Ուկրաինայում Հայաստանի դեսպանը պետք է հետ կանչվի Երևան՝ խորհրդակցությունների նպատակով, իսկ հայ-ուկրաինական դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների մակարդակն ու ծավալն անհրաժեշտ է էապես սահմանափակել։ Միշտ պետք է հիշել, որ երրորդ երկրների կողմից հնչող նման չմտածված հայտարարությունները սնուցում են թուրք-ադրբեջանական ռազմատենչությունն, ինչն ավելի է էսկալացնում լարվածությունն ու պատերազմը մեր տարածաշրջանում։

Ուկրաինան դարձավ այն սակավաթիվ երկրներից մեկը, որ պատերազմական այս օրերին կանգնեց բանդիտական Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի կողքին։ Այս փաստը պետք է արժանանա պաշտոնական Երևանի կոշտ դիվանագիտական հակազդեցությանը։
