«Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցության հիմնադիր նախագահ Արթուր Ղազինյանը ֆեյսբուքայն իր էջում գրում է՝

Կոալիցիայի մեջ մտնելու հայտ են ներկայացրել Իրանը, Ռուսաստանը, Ֆրանսիան, առաջիկայում իրենց մասնակցության մասին կհայտարարեն նաև Սիրիան, Կիպրոսը, Հունաստան, Եգիպտոսը և այլ շատ երկրներ։

Ձևավորվող նոր աշխարհակարգում բոլոր պետությունները կոնկրետացնում և հստակեցնում են իրենց դիրքն ու նկրտումները, հայտեր են ներկայացնում ազդեցության նոր տարածքներ ստանալու և աշխարհաքաղաքականության մեջ առավել որոշիչ դերակատարություն ստանձնելու համար։

Փոքր պետությունների խնդիրն ավելի բարդ է, քանի որ նրանք պետք է կողմնորոշվեն կատաղի մրցակցության մեջ գտնվող աշխարհաքաղաքական կենտրոնների մեջ, կատարեն իրենց ապագայի համար որոշիչ ընտրություն։ Այս ընտրությունը շատ բարդ է և սխալ հաշվարկված լինելու պարագայում հաճախ կարող է ունենալ կործանարար հետևանքներ։

Ադրբեջանի պարագայում ամեն ինչ արդեն պարզ է, նա ընտրեց ինքնիշխան պետության փոխարեն Թուրքիայի «պրոքսի» լինելու ուղին և այլևս կորցրեց միջազգային հարաբերությունների սուբյեկտ լինելու հնարավորությունը։

Իսկ Հայաստանն ու Արցախը ընտրեցին սեփական ուժերով տարածաշրջանային գերտերություն դառնալու ուղին, ռազմի դաշտում հաստատելով ՊԵՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ և ՊԵՏԱԿԱՆՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ ունենալու իր իրավունքը։

Աշխարհն այլևս մեզ հետ խոսելու է հարգանքով, ընդունելու է որպես տարածաշրջանային քաղաքականություն որոշող և արդեն ընդունված որոշումները փոխելու զորություն և ունակություն ունեցող միավոր, ինչը մեծացնում է Հայաստանի տարածաշրջանային գերտերություն դառնալու շանսերը։

Հիմա մեզ պետք է գործել զուսպ, հաշվարկված, խելամիտ, լինել վստահելի ու կանխատեսելի միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային գերտերությունների համար, դառնալ երկարաժամկետ պայմանավորվածությունների պահպանման և կատարման համար վստահելի ու կանխատեսելի, լուրջ և հավասարակշռված գործընկեր։

Սրանից է կախված, մեր վրա կլինի՞ աշխարհաքաղաքական խաղադրույք, թե՞ նորից կխոսենք «թղթե շերեփի» առեղծվածի մասին։

Հայկական զինված ուժերն իրենց բաժին առաքելությունը կատարեցին ՊԱՏՎՈՎ և ՓԱՌՔՈՎ, մնացածը քաղաքական գործիչների և դիվանագետների խնդիրն է, ինչը ոչ պակաս բարդ ու խրթին աշխատանք է։
