Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում լարվածության աճի վերաբերյալ սեպտեմբերի 29-ին ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդում տեղի ունեցած փակ քննարկումների մասին։

Հայտարարությունը ներկայացնում ենք ստորեւ՝

«ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամները խստորեն դատապարտել են ուժի գործադրումը և իրենց աջակցությունն են հայտնել ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղարի կոչին` անհապաղ դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները, նվազեցնել լարվածությունը և վերադառնալ կառուցողական բանակցությունների: ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամներն իրենց լիակատար աջակցությունն են հայտնել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կենտրոնական դերին:

Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամների՝ մամուլի համար արված այս հայտարարությունը վերջակետ դրեց Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների շահարկումներին՝ կապված Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ ռազմական ուժ կիրառելու նրանց ենթադրյալ իրավունքի հետ: Ակնհայտ է, որ իրենց միջազգային հակաօրինական գործողությունների համար միջազգային որևէ աջակցություն ստանալու նպատակով Բաքվի և Անկարայի ձեռնարկած բոլոր փորձերն ավարտվել են լիակատար ձախողմամբ:

Վերստին նշենք, որ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի գործողությունները, որոնք սպառնում են Հարավային Կովկասում միջազգային խաղաղությանն ու անվտանգությանը, չեն կարող առանց քաղաքական և իրավական հետևանքների մնալ: Բաքվին և Անկարային պատասխանատվության կանչելով` միջազգային հանրությունն անհրաժեշտ խթան կհաղորդի լարվածության թուլացմանը և պայմաններ կստեղծի ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման համար»:
