Արցախի Հանրապետության մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում մեկնարկած փաստահավաք առաքելության շրջանակում կատարվել է սեպտեմբերի 27-30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչությանն ուղղված ոտնձգությունների դեպքերի հնարավորինս մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրություն, որի արդյունքները ներկայացված են ստորև.

Սպանվել է ընդհանուր յոթ խաղաղ բնակիչ, որոնցից 1-ը` մանկահասակ աղջիկ, 2-ը` 24-ամյա և 65-ամյա տղամարդիկ, 4-ը` 59-ամյա, 61-ամյա, 63-ամյա և 79-ամյա կանայք: Մանկահասակ երեխան, չորս կանայք և մեկ տղամարդը սպանվել են իրենց տան բակում, իսկ երիտասարդը` գյուղի մերձակայքում:

Լուրջ մարմնական վնասվածքներ են ստացել ընդհանուր 31 անձ, որից 7-ը իգական, իսկ 24-ը արական սեռի քաղաքացիներ են:

Հիշյալ անձանցից 23-ը վիրավորումը ստացել է անմիջապես իր բնակության վայրում` բնակելի տանը կամ դրա մոտակայքում արկի պայթյունի հետևանքով (ընդ որում երկու դեպքում արկը պայթել էր հենց բազմաբնակարան շենքի բակում), 6-ը` համեմատաբար անվտանգ վայր տեղափոխվելիս մարդատար տրանսպորտային միջոցի թիրախավորման և խոցման հետևանքով, իսկ 2-ը` հասարակական այլ վայրում:

Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքում կամ դրան հարակից հատվածներում լուրջ մարմնական վնասվածքներ են ստացել 10 անձ, Հադրութի շրջկենտրոն Հադրութ քաղաքում` 1 անձ, Թաղասեռ համայնքում` 3 անձ, նույն շրջանի Վարդաշատ համայնքում` 1 անձ, Մարտունու շրջկենտրոն Մարտունի քաղաքում` 5 անձ, Սպիտակաշեն համայնքում` 1 անձ, Մարտակերտի շրջկենտրոն Մարտակերտ քաղաքում՝ 1 անձ, Մաղավուզ համայնքին հարակից հատվածում` 4 անձ, Ն.Հոռաթաղ համայնքում` 2 անձ, նույն շրջանի Մատաղիս համայնքում` 1 անձ, Շահումյանի շրջկենտրոն Քարվաճառ համայնքում` 2 անձ:

Տուժած քաղաքացիների թիվը ըստ տարիքային խմբերի ունի հետևյալ պատկերը` մինչև 14 տարեկան` 3 անձ, 15-25 տարեկան` 1 անձ, 26-35 տարեկան` 4 անձ, 36-50 տարեկան` 8 անձ, 50-ից բարձր` 15 անձ:

Ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքները հիմնականում տեղակայված են տուժողների ստորին և վերին վերջույթներին ու դեմքին` բեկորային հարվածների արտահայտված տեսքով:

Հիշեցնում ենք, որ նշված տվյալները վերջնական չեն, ԱՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը շարունակում է փաստահավաք առաքելությունը, որի արդյունքների վերաբերյալ կտրվեն թարմացված տեղեկություններ:

Պաշտպանը շուտով հրապարակելու է իր արտահերթ զեկույցը, որտեղ, բացի վիճակագրական տվյալներ հրապարակելուց, նաև ներկայացնելու է փաստական ու իրավական վերլուծություն:
