Վահե Էնֆիաջյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
100 կողմ, 1 դեմ, 3 ձեռնպահ ձայների հարաբերակցությամբ առաջին ընթերցմամբ օրենսդրական նախագիծը ստացավ դրական եզրակացություն:
Երկու տարուց ավել խորհրդարանում համապատասխան ընթացակարգերով քննարկումների երկարատև գործընթաց անցնելուց հետո երեկ ներկայացվեց Ազգային Ժողովի դատին, իսկ այսօր ստացավ վերջինիս հավանությունը:
Այժմ արդեն վստահ կարող եմ ասել, որ այն ուղին, որի ընթացքում ծնված միտքը, ենթարկվելով լուրջ փորձագիտական ուսումնասիրությունների, գաղափարից վերածվեց նախագծի, դառնալու է օրենք:
Սա միայն սկիզբն է:
Այն չպետք է ուղղակի ամրագրվի, այլ պետք է ծառայի որպես ուշադրության և պետական վերաբերմունքի ազդակ, որով երիտասարդն ու ուսանողը պետական մակարդակով պետք է զգա պետության ուշադրությունը սեփական անձի հանդեպ և այս օրենքը միտված է հենց դրան:
Աննկարագրելի մեծ է երիտասարդների ներգրավվածությունը հասարակական կյանքին և ուսանողների ապագա մասնակցությունը պետական և երկրի կառավարման բոլոր գործընթացներին:
Այս գաղափարներն ամրագրված են ԲՀԿ ծրագրային դրույթներում և մշտապես արտահայտվել են մեր վարած քաղաքականությունում:
Վստահ եմ, որը տոնը դառնալու է սիրված ու պահանջված և մենք միջազգայինի կողքին ունենալու ենք նաև մերը՝ ազգայինը:
