Թուրքիայի ընդդիմադիր, քրդամետ «Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության» (ԺԴԿ-HDP) հայ պատգամավոր Կարո Փայլանը անդրադարձել էր արցախա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծի երկայքնով ծավալվող լայնամասշտաբ ռազմական գործողություններին։ Նա Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին մեղադրել է տեղեկությունների իսկությունը խեղաթյուրելու և հայերին ուղղված ատելության խոսքով Թուրքիայում բնակվող հայերին թիրախավորելու համար: Այդ մասին հայտնում է ermenihaber.am-ը:
Փայլանի այս հայտարարությունները բացասական արձագանք են գտել սոցցանցերի թուրք օգտատերերի և իշխող ու աջակողմյան քաղաքական գործիչների շրջանում:
Մինչդեռ Թուրքիայի իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցության մամուլի խոսնակ Օմեր Չելիքը, պնդում էր, թե իբր իր երկրում թույլ չեն տա, որ ինչ-որ անձինք սոցցանցերում կամ որևէ այլ հարթակներում Թուրքիայի հայ քաղաքացիներին սպառնան կամ հետապնդեն։ Նման արարքները Չելիքն անվանել էր սադրանք, որը վարկաբեկում է նաև Թուրքիային։
Չնայած խոսնակի՝ իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող խոստումներին՝ շատերը արդեն իսկ սպառնալիքներ են հնչեցնում հայ պատգամավորի հասցեին՝ նրան անվանելով Թուրքիայի թշնամի:
Twitter-ում թուրք օգտատերերից Իսմայիլ Օքը գրել է.
«Չգիտեմ՝ Գարո ես, թե՝ խեղկատակ, բայց մեր երկրում ապրելով հանդերձ դավաճանում ես: Նույնիսկ այն օդը, որը դու այս երկրում շնչում ես, թող Ձեզ հարամ լինի: Քանի Հայաստանում պատերազմ է ու նաև քո աջակցությունը վայելող PKK-ականներից 3000 հոգի գնացել են այնտեղ (խմբ. Հայաստան), դու էլ գնա մասնակցիր, իսկ մենք էլ մի փամփուշտ ավել կկրակենք»:
Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցության պատգամավոր Այշե Քեշիրը Twitter-ում անդրադառնալով Փայլանի գրառումներին, գրել է. «Կարծում եմ Կարո Փայլանը մոռացել է, որ Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի անդամ է»:
Նախօրեին Օմեր Չելիքը Twitter-ում անդրադառնալով Թուրքիայում հայերի դեմ սպառնալիքներին, մասնավորապես գրել էր. «Շարունակելու ենք ընդդիմանալ անիրավ և անօրինական այդ գործողությանը», որը ըստ նրա՝ սադրանք է:
