Թուրք բարձրաստիճան զինվորականներն Ադրբեջանում են եւ նույնիսկ մասնակցում են հակամարտության գոտում հանրապետության ստորաբաժանումների կառավարմանը: Այս մասին «Ռոսիա-1» հեռուստաալիքով հեռարձակվող «60 րոպե» ծրագրի եթերում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

 

«Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ-ն այսօր ռմբակոծել է Հայաստանի գյուղերը, իսկ օգոստոսի 27-ին Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչությունը հարձակման է ենթարկվել ադրբեջանցի, այսօր էլ թուրք զինվորականների կողմից: Նրանք հրետանի եւ համազարկային կրակի համակարգ են կիրառել: Ցավոք, ունենք զոհեր ոչ միայն զինծառայողների, այլ նաեւ քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում»,-ասաց նա:  

 

Փաշինյանն ընդգծեց, որ Թուրքիան ներգրավված է այս գործընթացում. «Թուրքիան փաստացի ներգրավված է այս գործընթացում: Ըստ մեր հավաստի տեղեկությունների՝ ռազմական հրամանատարներն ու բարձրաստիճան զինվորականները գտնվում են Ադրբեջանի հրամանատարական կետերում, իսկ տեղ-տեղ նույնիսկ ռազմական գործողություններ են ղեկավարում: Մեկ այլ կարեւոր հանգամանք՝ միջազգային մամուլում կան բազմաթիվ հրապարակումներ այն մասին, որ Թուրքիան վարձկաններ է հավաքագրում Սիրիայում եւ տեղափոխում է նրանց Ադրբեջան՝ մասնակցելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի եւ Հայաստանի դեմ ռազմական գործողություններին»:

 

Նրա խոսքերով, Հայաստանը տեղեկություններ ունի, որ թուրքական բանակի ստորաբաժանումները Նախիջեւանում են:

 

Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է դատապարտի Թուրքիայի գործողությունները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հետ կապված իրավիճակում եւ պահանջի, որ նա հեռանա Հարավային Կովկասից: «Միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է վճռականորեն դատապարտի Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ գործողություններն ու ագրեսիան, դատապարտի Թուրքիայի գործողությունները եւ պահանջի, որ Թուրքիան ընդհանրապես հեռանա տարածաշրջանից: Թուրքիան ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության մեջ ավելի լայն ներգրավվելու եւ Նախիջեւան զորքեր մտցնելու պատրվակ է փնտրում, չնայած մեր տեղեկություններով՝ այնտեղ արդեն կան թուրքական բանակի որոշ ստորաբաժանումներ»,- ասաց նա: ս
