«Ֆաշիստական Ադրբեջանի ողնաշարը մեկընդմիշտ պետք է ջարդել, որ պատերազմները պարբերաբար չվերսկսվեն»
INTERVIEWԱլիևյան սանձարձակ ֆաշիստական ռեժիմն իրեն թույլ տվեց միջազգային օրենսդրությանը հակասող մի շարք գործողություններ: Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց ադրբեջանագետ Գրիգորի Այվազյանը:
«Այս տարիների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանը բազմիցս է խախտել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային ամբողջականությունը՝ ռազմաճակատում հրահրելով տարբեր տրամաչափի միջադեպեր: Ըստ էության, Իլհամ Ալիևը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը պատերազմ է հայտարարել, և դա հայտարարել է նախքան պատերազմական գործողությունների սկիզբը. հիշենք Ադրբեջանի նախագահի՝ մինչ այս արված ելույթները, որոնք լի էին հոխորտանքներով ու սպառնալիքներով: Այդ ելույթները փաստացի նշանակում էին պատերազմ: Ու հիմա, ըստէության, մեր ժողովրդի լինել չլինելու հարցն է լուծվում: Ցավոք, միջազգային հանրությունն իր լռությամբ կամ համահարթեցնող հայտարարություններով ավելի է խրախուսում ագրեսորին՝ զանազան հանցավոր գործողությունների դիմելու տեսանկյունից: Այս պարագայում մենք քաղաքական որոշակի քայլեր պետք է ձեռնարկենք: Առաջին հերթին և առանց որևէ լրացուցիչ քննարկման պետք է ճանաչենք Արցախի անկախությունը և Արցախի հետ կնքենք փոխօգնության պայմանագիրը: Երկրորդ՝ քանի որ Ադրբեջանը կրկին բացահայտ հարձակվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածքի վրա, պետք է դիմել ՀԱԿՊ-ին, որ մեր դաշնակիցներն իրենց միջամտությունն ունենան»,-ասաց նա՝ շեշտելով, որ մյուսը ռազմաճակատում նոր դիրքավորումներ ձեռք բերելու կարևորությունն է:
«Եթե Ադրբեջանը գալիս է տարածաշրջան՝ ոչնչացնելու մեր ժողովրդին, ուրեմն մեր պետությանն ու մեր ժողովրդին պահպանելու համար առանց որևէ հանգամանքից խուսափելու իրավունք ունենք կիրառել մեզ վերապահված բոլոր ուժերը: Մենք բոլոր իրավունքներն ունենք դիմելու համապատասխան մարմիններին. բոլոր հետևանքների համար պատասխանատվությունը կրում է Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը: Ժամանակը եկել է, մենք պետք է վերջին հասնենք. ֆաշիստական Ադրբեջանի ողնաշարը մեկընդմիշտ պետք է ջարդել, որպեսզի պատերազմները պարբերաբար չվերսկսվեն: Այո, մենք չենք սկսել պատերազմը, բայց մենք պարտավոր ենք այն ավարտել: Ու եթե պետք լինի՝ ֆաշիստական Ադրբեջանին պարտադրել անվերապահ կապիտուլյացիայի պայմանագիր ստորագրել»,-եզրափակեց Գ. Այվազյանը:
