«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ «Մինչեւ այս շաբաթվա վերջ Մարդու իրավունքների Եվրոպական դատարանը կարող է դիրքորոշում հայտնել Հայաստանի կողմից դիմումների վերաբերյալ: Ինչպես հայտնի է, Հայաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ միջանկյալ միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ դիմում է ներկայացվել ՄԻԵԴ, իսկ երեկ էլ ՀՀ-ն ՄԻԵԴ-ին նոր փաստեր էր ուղարկել Ադրբեջանի կողմից քաղաքացիական բնակչության թիրախավորման վերաբերյալ: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը այս առիթով զրուցել է ՄԻԵԴ-ում ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանի հետ: Նա նշեց, թե ՄԻԵԴ-ը պետք է Ադրբեջանի կառավարությանը հարցեր ուղարկի, ստանա պատասխաններ, ապա կլինի նաեւ ՀՀ պատասխանը:

«Հիմա սպասում ենք դատարանի պատասխանին: Եղել է մեկ դիմում միջանկյալ միջոց կիրառելու մասին, որը նախօրեին էր ուղարկվել, իսկ երեկ ուղարկվել են նոր փաստեր Ադրբեջանի գործողությունների մասին, որոնք արդեն եղել էին օրվա ընթացքում: Դատարանը հրապարակայնորեն արդեն հայտնել է, որ ստացել է Հայաստանի դիմումը, մնում է, որ դատարանն անդրադառնա եւ քննարկի այդ որոշումը: Կարծում ենք, որ արագ կստացվի պատասխանը, չեմ կարող կանխատեսել, բայց հաշվի առնենք, որ կա քաղաքական կոմպոնենտ, պետք է սպասենք մեկ-երկու օր, եւ պարզ կլինի դատարանի արձագանքը», – նշեց նա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ ԱԺ պատգամավոր, «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության անդամ Թագուհի Թովմասյանի հարցին՝ արդյոք իրականացնում ենք գործողություններ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմական հանցագործությանը միջազգային մակարդակով իրավական ընթացք տալու համար, վարչապետը նշեց, որ այդ ուղղությամբ միջոցներ ձեռնարկվել են ու կձեռնարկվեն։ Եվ, ահա, շատ չանցած՝ ՄԻԵԴ-ը մամուլի հաղորդագրություն տարածեց»:
