ԵԽԽՎ-ն կոչ է արել Ադրբեջանին եւ Հայաստանին վերադառնալ երկխոսության

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի (ԵԽԽՎ) դիտորդները կոչ են արել Ադրբեջանին եւ Հայաստանին անհապաղ դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները եւ վերադառնալ երկխոսության: Այս մասին ասվում է կազմակերպության` Հայաստանի հարցով համազեկուցողներ շվեդուհի Բորիանա Օբերգի եւ ֆին Կիմմո Կիլյունենի եւ Ադրբեջանի հարցով համազեկուցողներ ավստրիացի Շտեֆան Շենախի եւ բրիտանացի Ռոջեր Գեյլի համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ, որը տարածվել է երկուշաբթի:

«Մենք չափազանց մտահոգված ենք Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ ռազմական գործողությունների բռնկմամբ եւ դրանց սրմամբ, որոնք վտանգում են տարածաշրջանային կայունությունը: Մենք խորապես ցավում ենք ռազմական եւ քաղաքացիական անձանց կորուստների համար, որոնց մասին հայտարարել են երկու կողմերը,- նշում են ԵԽԽՎ ներկայացուցիչները: «Մենք երկու կողմերին էլ կոչ ենք անում անհապաղ դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները եւ վերադառնալ բանակցություններին՝ Մինսկի խմբի ձեւաչափով»:

Բացի այդ, համազեկուցողները կոչ են արել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի մնացած երկրներին «զերծ մնալ գործողություններից, որոնք կարող են նպաստել այս տարածաշրջանում լարվածության զարգացմանը»: «Մենք հայտարարում ենք, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորումը այլընտրանք չունի»,- ասել են նրանք:

Խորհրդարանականները ուշադրություն են հրավիրել նաեւ «իրենց միջեւ հակամարտությունները միայն խաղաղ ճանապարհով լուծելու Եվրոպայի խորհրդի անդամ պետությունների պարտավորությունների վրա»: «Վեհաժողովը պատրաստ է իր ներդրումն ունենալ խորհրդարանական մակարդակով՝ Մինսկի խմբի ձեւաչափով խաղաղ բանակցությունների պայմաններ ստեղծելու համար»,- եզրափակել են ԵԽԽՎ-ում:
