Տավուշյան դեպքերից հետո ՀՀ արտգործնախարարի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ներկայացրել ենք մեր դիրքորոշումը, որ պետք է արդիականացնել Հայաստանի և Արցախի միջև անվտանգության ոլորտում իրավական հիմքերն ամրապնդելու հարցը:
Այս մասին Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այսպես ասաց Արցախի ԱԳ նախարար Մասիս Մայիլյանը` խոսելով ՀՀ-ի կողմից Արցախի ճանաչման անհրաժեշտության մասին:
«Այս պահին շատ ավելի կարևոր է Արցախի միջազգային ճանաչումը որպես քաղաքական, դիվանագիտական լծակ, որը կարող է զսպել Ադրբեջանին հերթական ագրեսիայից»,- ասաց նա:
Նրա խոսքով` այս պահին ամենակարևորը ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցումն է:
«Մեր պաշտպանության բանակը լավագույն ձևով անում է այդ ամենը, զսպում է Ադրբեջանին: Ռազմական գործողությունները առաջին հերթին պետք է կանգնեցնել, և արդեն Ադրբեջանին միջազգային հանրության օգնությամբ պետք է կարողանանք բերել կառուցողական դաշտ և արդեն քննարկումներ սկսել»,- ասաց նա:
Ադրբեջանը, ըստ նրա, միշտ վնասում է խաղաղ գործընթացը:
«Վարչապետը ճիշտ է նշել, որ Ադրբեջանն ասում է, որ խաղաղություն պետք է լինի միայն իր պայմաններով, այսինքն` Արցախը լինի առանց հայության, կամ ինքը սկսելու է պատերազմ: Առավոտից իրենց սկսածն էլ հենց այդ քաղաքականության շարունակությունն է: Պարզ է` հայությունը դա չի կարող ընդունել:
Կարծում եմ, որ պետք է բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրենք, նաև միջազգային հանրության օգնությամբ Ադրբեջանին բերենք կառուցողական դաշտ, հասկացնենք այդ երկրի ղեկավարությանը, որ քաղաքական հարցերը լուծում են քաղաքական, այլ ոչ թե ուժային ճանապարհով»,- ասաց նա:
