«2020թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ի վաղ առավոտյան Արցախի Հանրապետության սահմանագծի ողջ երկայնքով ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը, խախտելով հրադադարի ռեժիմը, միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերը, սկսել են լայնածավալ հարձակողական ռազմական գործողություններ:
Օգտագործելով հրետանային, հրթիռային միջոցներ, ծանր զրահատեխնիկա և մարդկային ռեսուրսներ՝ նրանց կողմից թիրախավորվել են ինչպես ԱՀ ՊԲ առաջապահ հենակետերը, ռազմական նշանակության օբյեկտները, այնպես էլ ԱՀ բնակավայրերը, խաղաղ քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը, քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքները:
Այդ գործողությունների արդյունքում պատճառվել են մարդկային կորուստներ և վիրավորներ ինչպես ԱՀ քաղաքացիական անձանց, երեխաների, այնպես էլ զինվորական ծառայողների շրջանում, նյութական վնասներ են հասցվել անձանց տներին, բնակարաններին, շարժական և անշարժ գույքին, հասարակական, կրթական, ռազմական նշանակության շենք-շինություններին:
ՀՀ դատախազությունը ադրբեջանական ուժերի կողմից սանձազերծված ռազմական ոտնձգության հենց սկզբից սերտ հաղորդակցություն և գործակցություն է ծավալել Արցախի Հանրապետության իրավասու մարմինների, մասնավորապես ԱՀ դատախազության հետ՝ ծավալելով քրեադատավարական գործընթացներ հանցավոր այդ գործողությունները քննության առարկա դարձնելու, քրեաիրավական գանահատականների արժանացնելու նպատակով:
Խաղաղ բնակչության, զինծառայողների կյանքի, առողջության, գույքի, հանրային ռազմական նշանակության օբյեկտիների նկատմամբ հանցավոր ոտնձգությունների փաստերի առթիվ հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր, կատարվում են անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ:
Իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալներն արդեն իսկ վկայում են այն մասին, որ հանցավոր ոտնձգությունները, Ադրբեջանի կողմից իր իսկ ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորությունների կոպտագույն խախտումներով, կատարվել և շարունակվում են կատարվել ազգային ատելության հողի վրա, շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով, ապօրինաբար, կյանքից մարդկանց զրկելու, գույքը ոչնչացնելու դիտավորությամբ:
ՀՀ և ԱՀ դատախազությունները շարունակում են համագործակցաբար, տեղեկատվության օպերատիվ փոխանակմամբ, իրավիճակի զարգացմանը զուգահեռ պատշաճ կերպով իրականացնել իրենց գործառույթները:
Քրեադաիրավական ոլորտում իրականացվող աշխատանքների ընթացքի և արդյունքների վերաբերյալ դատախազության, նախաքննական մարմինների կողմից պարբերաբար կտրամադրվի համապատասխան տեղեկատվություն», ասված է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության տարածած հայտարարության մեջ:
