SOCIETYՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
«Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ,
Այսօր առավոտյան թշնամին հարձակվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության վրա՝ ռմբակոծելով խաղաղ բնակավայրեր, ավերելով քաղաքացիական հաստատություններ, այդ թվում՝ դպրոցներ: Ցավոք, արձանագրվել են զոհեր և վիրավորներ, այդ թվում՝ երեխաների շրջանում: Դատապարտելի և անթույլատրելի է խաղաղ բնակչությանը միտումնավոր թիրախավորելը, դպրոցները նշանակետի տակ վերցնելը։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում հայտարարված է ռազմական դրություն և ընդհանուր զորահավաք: Այս պայմաններում, ինչպես նաև համավարակի լարված իրավիճակում, յուրաքանչյուրիս պարտքն է խստագույնս հետևել կառավարության որոշումներով և այլ իրավական փաստաթղթերով սահմանած կանոններին, որ պետությունը ստիպված չլինի երկու ճակատով պայքարել հակառակորդի և համավարակի դեմ:
Ուստի, խնդրում եմ ցուցաբերել զգոնություն, պահպանել հակահամավարակային կանոնները, հետևել բացառապես պաշտոնական լրահոսին, զերծ մնալ սադրիչ և ուսումնական գործընթացը խափանելուն ուղղված ցանկացած հայտարարությանը հետևելուց: Կրթության ոլորտի կազմակերպիչներին կոչ եմ անում խստագույնս հետևել այն կարգավորումներին, որոնք կհրապարակի լիազոր մարմինը, ոչ մի դեպքում թույլ չտալ ինքնագործունեություն:
Առաջիկա ժամերին անհրաժեշտ կարգավորումների վերաբերյալ շրջաբերական գրությունները կուղարկվեն հաստատություններին։ Հաշվի առնելով ստեղծված իրավիճակը, առաջնահերթ համարելով անվտանգության պահպանումը, խորհրդակցելով տարածքային կառավարման մարմինների հետ` որոշվել է, որ սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի ուսումնական հաստատությունները կանցնեն հեռավար ուսուցման։ Մյուս ուսումնական հաստատություններում կրթական գործընթացը կիրականացվի սահմանված ընթացակարգերով՝ առանց ընդհատումների: Վաղն առաջին դասերը կնվիրվեն ստեղծված պատերազմական իրավիճակին և անվտանգության, այդ թվում՝ տեղեկատվական կանոնները ներկայացնելուն:
