Ժամն է ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատելու հայոց զինական ուժի փառքը: Լավագույն հայորդիների հազարավոր կյանքերի և արյան գնով վաստակած մեր ազատությունն ու անկախությունը նորից վտանգված է:

Ադրբեջանը, ոգեկոչվելով մեր ազգի դարավոր թշնամու՝ Թուրքիայի բազմա­կող­մանի աջակցությունից, չի հաշտվել 2016թ. ապրիլին Արցախում և 2020թ. հուլիսին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հյուսիս-արևել­քում իր կողմից սադրած մարտական գոր­ծողություններում ջախջախիչ պարտություն կրելու հետ ու կրկին պատերազմ է սան­ձազերծել: Պաշտպանության բանակի առաջնագծի ողջ երկայնքով ներկայումս իրականացնում է հրթիռահրետանային և ավիացիոն հարվածներ` զուգահեռ հրետա­կո­ծության ենթարկելով քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերը:

Պաշտպանության բանակի ստորաբաժանումները հակառակորդին զգալի կորուստ­ներ պատճառելով հաջողությամբ խափանում են նրա ծրագրերը:

Կոչ եմ անում, շարունակել պատվով կատարել Հայրենիքի պաշտպանի սուրբ առաքելությունը` ապավինելով մեր կուռ բազկի զորությանը, արհամարհելով վտանգն ու թշնամուն, մարտնչելով անմնացորդ նվիրումով ու անձնազոհությամբ:

Հայոց բանակի քաջարի մարտիկներ, եկել է ժամանակը ցույց տալու Ձեր ոգու արիությունը, բազկի ուժը և անսահման ատելությունը քոչվոր ու անհայրենիք քարան­ձավային ցեղի մնացորդների նկատմամբ:
