Առողջապահության նախարարությունը համաձայնագիր է ստորագրել կորոնավիրուսի պատվաստանյութի ձեռքբերման համար

ՀՀ Առողջապահության նախարարությունը Կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության դեմ պատվաստանյութի ձեռքբերման վերաբերյալ հայտարարություն է տարածել․
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության (COVID-19) վերահսկման և, հետևաբար, համաճարակային իրավիճակի բարելավման նպատակով կարևորվում է COVID-19-ի դեմ պատվաստանյութի ձեռքբերումը:
Այս նպատակով բանակցություններ են վարվում բոլոր հնարավոր կողմերի, մասնավորապես` պատվաստանյութ արտադրողների և միջազգային գործընկերների հետ:
Ներկայումս COVID-19-ի դեմ պատվաստանյութի ձեռքբերման համար առանձնահատուկ հնարավորություն է ընձեռվել: Ստեղծվել է միասնական գնումների հարթակ, որը համակարգվում է միջազգային գործընկերների կողմից` COVAX FACILTY հիմնադրամի միջոցով։ Վերջինս վարում է անմիջական բանակցություններ պատվաստանյութերի արտադրողների հետ՝ նպաստելով գործընթացի արագացմանը, սահմանելով պատվաստանյութերի միասնական գներ, աջակցելով հիմնադրամում ընդգրկված երկրների համար երաշխավորված գնով և քանակով պատվաստանյութերի ձեռքբերմանը:
Առողջապահության նախարարությունը COVAX FACILTY-ի հիմնադրամի հետ ստորագրել է համաձայնագիր COVID-19-ի դեմ պատվաստանյութի ձեռքբերման համար։ Նախատեսվում է գնել շուրջ 600 հազար դեղաչափ՝ ռիսկի խմբերում գտնվող շուրջ 300 հազար անձի համար` յուրաքանչյուրին երկու դեղաչափ։ Պատվաստանյութի ձեռքբերման ֆինանսական ընդհանուր արժեքը մոտավորապես կազմում է 6 միլիոն 330 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար՝ մեկ դեղաչափի միջինացված արժեքը` 10.55 ԱՄՆ դոլար, որը կարող է բանակցությունների արդյունքում նվազել։
Պատվաստանյութի առաջին չափաբաժնի (բնակչության 3 տոկոսի չափով) մատակարարումը նախատեսվում է 2021 թվականին՝ անվտանգ և արդյունավետ պատվաստանյութերի լիցենզավորումից և կիրառման թույլտվությունից հետո` հնարավորինս շուտ։
Ակնկալում ենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության դեմ պատվաստումների իրականացումը կնպաստի հիվանդացության նվազմանը, դրանց հետևանքով մահվան դեպքերի կանխարգելմանը և առողջապահական համակարգի ծանրաբեռնվածության թուլացմանը»։
