ՏԱՍՍ լրատվական գործակալությունը՝ հղում տալով Ֆրանսիայի արտգործնախարարության հայտարարությանը տեղեկացնում է, որ   Ֆրանսիայի իշխանությունները պաշտոնական հետաքննություն են սկսել նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի և ՌԴ ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հեռախոսազրույցի աղմկահարույց արտահոսքի առնչությամբ, գրում է : 

«Ներքին գաղտնի փաստաթղթերի ցանկացած արտահոսք թույլատրելի չէ: Այս պատճառով մենք զերծ կմնանք մեկնաբանություններից: Այժմ անցկացվում է քննություն»,- նշել է դիվանագիտական գերատեսչության ներկայացուցիչը: 

Ավելի վաղ Կրեմլի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հայտարել էր, որ Ելիսեյան պալատը չէր կարող գիտակցաբար, դիվանագիտական նորմերի խախտմամբ, լրատվամիջոցներին փոխանցել Ռուսաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի նախագահների զրույցի ձայնագրությունը: 

Պեսկովը հիշեցրել է, որ «Բեռլինյան հիվանդի (Ալեքսեյ Նավալնի) թեման իսկապես քննարկվել է Պուտինի ու Մակրոնի վերջերս կայացած զրույցի ընթացքում, և Կրեմլը տեղեկացրել է այդ մասին»:

«Միևնույն ժամանակ, թերթը բնավ ճշգրիտ չէ ներկայացված ձևակերպումների մեջ: Եվ արդարության համար պետք է նշել, որ դժվար թե կարողանար ճշգրիտ լինել, քանի որ դա կնշանակեր, որ մեր ֆրանսիացի գործընկերները դիտմամբ լրատվամիջոցներին են փոխանցել երկու նախագահների զրույցի ձայնագրությունը, որը չի համապատասխանում դիվանագիտական պրակտիկային: Համոզված ենք, որ դա այդպես չէ», -ընդգծել է Պեսկովը:

Նրա խոսքերով՝ Կրեմլի մտքով անգամ չի կարող անցնել, որ Ֆրանսիայի իշխանություններից դեպի լրատվամիջոցներ կարող էր առաջնորդների խոսակցության բովանդակության «արտահոսք» լինել:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Le Monde պարբերականն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր, որ Պուտինը Մակրոնի հետ զրույցում չէր բացառել, որ ռուս ընդդիմադիր գործիչ Ալեքսեյ Նավալնին ինքն է թույնը խմել:
