«Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոն ՀԿ ղեկավար, Արցախի նախագահի անվտանգության հարցերով նախկին խորհրդական Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել՝ անդրադառնալով տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված ռազմաքաղաքական իրադրության, Թուրքիայից և Ադրբեջանից եկող ազդակների, հնչող հայտարարությունների ու իրականացվող քայլերի հիմնական պատճառներին: Ըստ նրա՝ պատճառներից մեկն այն է, որ Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանը որոշել են, որ Արցախի հարցի կարգավորման միակ ճանապարհը ռազմականն է և նրանց նախապատրաստությունն ու հայտարարությունները հենց այս տրամաբանության մեջ են։ Աբրահամյանի գրառումը՝ ստորև.

«Մեր տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված ռազմաքաղաքական իրադրությունը, Թուրքիայից և Ադրբեջանից եկող ազդակները, հնչող հայտարարություններն ու իրականացվող քայլերը երկու հիմնական պատճառ կարող են ունենալ։

Առաջին, Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանը որոշել են, որ Արցախի հարցի կարգավորման միակ ճանապարհը ռազմականն է և նրանց նախապատրաստությունն ու հայտարարությունները հենց այս տրամաբանության մեջ են։

Երկրորդ, Տավուշում տեղի ունեցած զարգացումները, որոնք մի կողմից ամրագրեցին բանակցությունների փակուղային վիճակը, մյուս կողմից՝ դրանց հանգուցալուծման բացակայությունը երկու ելք է ենթադրում:

Վերադարձ բանակցությունների օրակարգ կամ անորոշ սահմանային սադրանքների կամ ռազմական գործողությունների ծավալում։

Եթե դիտարկենք բանակցությունների վերսկսման հանգամանքը, ապա այս տրամաբանության ներքո, Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը փորձում են մեծացնել ճնշումը, այդ թվում՝ պատերազմի շանտաժով, որպեսզի հասնեն իրենց համար ցանկալի զիջումների։

Կարճ ասած, այն ինչ տեղի է ունենում մեր շուրջ՝ Ադրբեջանում և Թուրքիայում, ենթադրում է, որ կամ ռազմական գործողությունները կվերսկսվեն կամ այս ամենն արվում է Հայաստանի վրա տոտալ ճնշումներ գործադրելու և բանակցությունների վերսկսման պարագայում զիջումներ կորզելու համար։

Նույնիսկ այն պարագայում, եթե ենթադրենք, որ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան բլեֆի են գնում՝ փորձելով Հայաստանից զիջումներ կորզել, ապա սա դեռ չի նշանակում, որ կարճ ժամանակ հետո, անհրաժեշտ զիջումները չստանալու պարագայում, Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի միակ նպատակը չի դառնա խնդրի ռազմական ուղով լուծումը։

Ամեն դեպքում պետք է արձանագրել, որ անվտանգային սպառնալիքների կտրուկ աճ կա, ինչը մեզ ստիպում է անհրաժեշտ մեխանիզմները գործի դնել»։
