Հայաստանի դատական ոլորտում բարեփոխումների համար 30 մլն եվրո․ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի զեկույցը կռավարության նիստում

Այսօր կառավարության հերթական նիստին ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը զեկուցեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի միջև «Աջակցություն Հայաստանում դատական ոլորտի բարեփոխումների իրականացմանը. Փուլ I» ֆինանսավորման համաձայնագրի ստորագրման առաջարկությանը հավանություն տալու մասին որոշման նախագիծը:
Զեկուցողը նշեց, որ խոսքը ևս 30 միլիոն եվրո աջակցության մասին է, որից 27 միլիոն ուղղակի աջակցություն կտրամադրվի, իսկ երեք միլիոնը՝ տեխնիկական աջակցություն:
Համաձայնագիրն ուղղված է աջակցելու արդարադատության ոլորտում իրականացվեղ բարեփոխումներին: ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը նշեց, որ ամեն տարվա համար նախատեսված է 9 միլիոնի հատկացում:
Այսպիսով առաջին 9 միլիոնը տրամադրվում է երեք կոմպոնենտով: «Առաջին կոմպոնենտը դատավորների բարեվարքության և գույքային դրության ստուգման համար է, սա վերջնարդյունքում բերում է կոռուպցիայիզ զերծ դատական համակարգի:
Երկրորդ կոմպոնենտը դատական համակարգում ծառայության մատուցման որակի բարձրացումն է, էլեկտրոնային գործիքների ներդրումը և վերջնարդյունքում՝ 2023 թվականին դատական գործերով ծանրաբեռնվածությունը 40 տոկոսով պետք է նվազի:
Երրորդ կոմպոնենտը վերաբերում է հակակոռուպցիոն ինստիտուցիոնալ համակարգին՝ կռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը բարելավելու տեսնակյունից»,-ասաց նա:
Ռուստամ Բադասյանը ԵՄ գործընկերներին շնորհակալություն հայտնեց աջակցության համար և նշեց, որ սա դատաիրավական և հակակոռուպցիոն ռազմավարության մշակման և առաջին փուլի իրականացման հաջողություն կարելի է համարել։
«Շատ է քննարկվում վեթթինգը, ամեն տարի ունենք վերջնարդյունք և քաղաքացիների և իրավաբանական անձանց համար հասկանալի և կանխատեսելի է լինելու՝ թե ինչ են ստանալու վերջնարդյունքում».-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ շատ կարևոր է արձանարգել, որ ԵՄ-ի հետ գործընկերությունը առաջ է գնում:
