ՍԴ աշխատակարգային նիստը ընդմիջվել է  պայմանավորված աշխատանքային օրվա ավարտով։ Այս մասին  ՍԴ շենքի բակում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՍԴ դատավոր Էդգար Շաթիրյանը։

Նա ասաց, որ ՍԴ աշխատակարգային նիստը կշարունակվի վաղը՝ ժամը 11։00-ից. «Ըստ էության՝ ՍԴ-ն անցում չի կատարել օրակարգի հարցերին՝ ՍԴ նախագահի եւ փոխնախագահի ընտրությանը։ Քննարկման առարկա են դարձել կազմակերպչական եւ տեխնիկական հարցեր»։

Շաթիրյանը նշեց, որ ՍԴ-ն տեւական քննարկումներից հետո որոշեց ԶԼՄ-ների կողմից աշխատակարգային նիստը չտեսաձայնագրել. «Ամեն դեպքում նիստը տեսաձայնագրվելու է ՍԴ աշխատակազմի ստորաբաժանումների կողմից»։

Հարցին՝ նիստի տեսաձայնագրությունը հանրայնացվելո՞ւ է, նա ասաց. «Ձեռնպահ կմնամ այս առնչությամբ գնահատականներ տալուց, բայց տեսաձայնագրվելու է»։

Հարցին՝ ո՞վ թույլ չի տալիս, որպեսզի ԶԼՄ-ների կողմից աշխատակարգային նիստը տեսաձայնագրվի՝ Շաթիրյանն ասաց. «Թույլ տվեք անուններ չհնչեցնել, բայց այս հարցը բավական երկար քննարկվեց։ Շրջանառվեցին աշխատակարգային որոշումների 2 նախագծեր. առաջինը վերաբերում էր լրատվամիջոցների դիմումների բավարարելուն, որը հավանության չարժանացավ, երկրորդն էլ վերաբերում էր աշխատակազմի նիստը տեսաձայնագրելուն, որը բավարվեց»։

Նա ասաց, որ ինքը կողմնակից էր ԶԼՄ-ների կողմից նիստի տեսաձայնագրելուն։

Էդգար Շաթիրյանն ասաց, որ ՍԴ 9 դատավորներն էլ աշխատակարգային նիստին ներկա էին։

Հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ երկար տեւեց նիստը, Շաթիրյանն ասաց, որ տեսաձայնագրելու վերաբերյալ տարբեր մոտեցումներ կային, յուրաքանչյուրը ներկայացրել է իր դիրքորոշումը, առաջ են բերվել մի շարք իրավակարգավորումներ։
