Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորական մանդատից հրաժարված Արսեն Ջուլֆալակյանի մանդատը տրամադրել է «Իմ քայլը» կուսակցությունների դաշինքի համապետական ընտրական ցուցակի առաջին մասի հերթական հաջորդ թեկնածու Նարեկ Սամվելի Ղահրամանյանին:

Այսպիսով ԿԸՀ-ն սեպտեմբերի 23-ի հերթական նիստում, հիմք ընդունելով «Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավոր Արսեն Ջուլֆալակյանի` պատգամավորի լիազորությունները դադարած համարելու մասին» ԱԺ նախագահի N 7 արձանագրությունը, կազմել է արձանագրություն՝ «Իմ քայլը» կուսակցությունների դաշինքի ընտրական ցուցակից ընտրված և լիազորությունները վաղաժամկետ դադարած պատգամավորի մանդատը դաշինքի համապետական ընտրական ցուցակի առաջին մասի հերթական հաջորդ թեկնածու Նարեկ Սամվելի Ղահրամանյանին տալու վերաբերյալ:

Հիշեցնենք, Արսեն Ջուլֆալակյանը պատգամավորական մանդատից հրաժարականի դիմումի մասին հայտնել էր սեպտեմբերի 9-ին: «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» սահմանադրական օրենքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի համաձայն` եթե հրաժարականի հրապարակումից հետո մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում պատգամավորը գրավոր դիմումով ետ է վերցնում հրաժարականի մասին իր դիմումը, ապա Ազգային ժողովի նախագահն այդ մասին հանդես է գալիս հայտարարությամբ, եթե ետ չի վերցնում հրաժարականի մասին իր դիմումը, ապա նրա լիազորությունների դադարման մասին կազմվում է արձանագրություն, որն ստորագրում եւ հրապարակում է Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը: Արձանագրության հրապարակման պահից հրաժարականը համարվում է ընդունված»:
