«Ապրանքը չի վաճառվում, ավելցուկ է մնում»

Այս փուլում գյուղացիները հաճախ են բողոքում միրգն ու բանջարեղենը իրացնելու խնդրից: Փակվում են ճանապարհներ, պահանջներ են ներկայացվում պետական մարմիններին: Ֆերմեր Վարուժան Խոդեդանյանը խնդիրներն ու դրանց խորացման փաստը հիմնականում համավարակով պայմանավորված իրավիճակով է բացատրում: «Այսօր բնակչությունը գնողունակ չէ, ոչ էլ նորմալ աշխատանք ունի: Բացի այդ, քիչ ապրանք է արտահանման դուրս գալիս, դրա համար էլ շուկաներում ավելցուկը շատ է: Կարելի է ասել՝ ոչ թե ապրանքի, այլ մարդկանց դատարկություն է: Ես հատկապես մեծածախ շուկայի հետ եմ առնչվում, ապրանք ենք տանում մեծածախ շուկա: Եթե նախկինում խցանում էր լինում մեծածախ շուկաների ճանապարհներին, հիմա շատ ազատ ելք ու մուտք կա:
Օրինակ է «Մեյմանդարի» շուկան: Գնորդները շատ քիչ են, նախկինում նման դատարկություն չի եղել: Հիմա միջոցառումները քիչ թվով մարդկանցով են իրականացվում, ռեստորանների աշխատանքն է կրճատվել, սպասարկող ոլորտը թույլ է աշխատում, և հենց այս ամենի պատճառով ապրանքը չի վաճառվում ու ավելցուկ է մնում»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց ֆերմերը: Անդրադառնալով որոշ ապրանքատեսակների բարձր գներին՝ մեր զրուցակիցը շեշտեց, որ բարձր գին ասվածն իրականում հարաբերական է: Նա օրինակ բերեց մեծածախ շուկայում առկա իրավիճակը. «Եթե նայենք մեծածախում առկա գներն ու հետո դիտարկենք մանրածախը, կտեսնենք, որ իրարից շատ են տարբերվում: Մեծածախում գները ցածր են: Անցած տարվա գներն են, ոչ մի տարբերություն չկա:
Անգամ կարելի է ասել, որ այս տարի ավելի ցածր է: Այս տարի, օրինակ՝ մեծածախից քիշմիշ խաղողը կարելի է 100 դրամով գնել, խոշոր խնձորը՝ 150 դրամով: Իրականում մանրածախն ու մեծածախն իրարից շատ են տարբերվում, ու տարբերությունը գնալով մեծանում է»: Նա շեշտեց, որ իրականում հնարավոր չէ վերահսկել այդ տարբերությունը. «հնարավոր չէ մեկին ասել՝ էժան ես ծախում, թանկացրու կամ հակառակը»: Անդրադառնալով գյուղոլորտի խնդիրներին՝ նա մասնավորապես ընդգծեց, որ այսօր ով հնարավորություն ունի, օգտվում է անտոկոս վարկերից, ինտենսիվ այգիներ են հիմնվում, անասնագոմեր են կառուցում, ինչը լավ է ու դրական. «Բայց, այդուհանդերձ, չգիտեմ՝ ինչի կհասնենք: Շատ մութ է մեզ համար ապագան: Այնքան սուբյեկտիվ պատճառներ կան, որոնք, անկախ մեր կամքից, խանգարում են:
Ինչպես ասում են՝ թունելի վերջում լույսը դեռ չի երևում: Դեռ չգիտենք՝ ոնց է լինելու: Այսօր երկրին կերակրողը գյուղատնտեսությունն է, հենց գյուղատնտեսությունը սկսում է կաղալ, բոլորի վրա այդ ազդեցությունը միանգամից նկատվում է»: Նա դժվարացավ մատնանշել այն հնարավոր լուծումները, որոնք գոնե կթեթևացնեն գյուղացու հոգսը. «Քանի այս համաճարակը կա՝ լուծում չի լինելու: Այսօր ոչ մի բան հնարավոր չէ անել: Հաշվի առնենք նաև, որ առջևում ձմեռ է, և վարակի նոր ալիքի վտանգ կա»:
