BLOGՔաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում անդրադարձել է Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարի հայտարարությանը, որով նա Հայաստանին խորհուրդ էր տվել «խելքը գլուխը հավաքել» և այլ անվտանգությանն առնչվող խնդիրների։
«Անվտանգության հարցում կարևոր հանգրվանի ենք հասել՝ Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարն արդեն բացահայտ է սպառնում Հայաստանին՝ «խորհուրդ» տալով «խելքներս գլուխը հավաքել»։ Մեր դիվանագիտությունը շարունակում է լռել։
Տպավորությունն այն է, որ պաշտոնական Երևանը վախենում է խոսք ասել. հանկարծ չխփեն։ Մինչդեռ ջայլամային այս քաղաքականությունն անպատժելիության զգացողություն է առաջացնում Ալիևի ու նրա թուրք հովանավորների մոտ։ Էլ չեմ խոսում անվտանգային միջավայրի ու ընդհանրապես հակամարտության միջազգային ընկալման մասին։ Հիմա արդեն շատերն են կարծում, որ հայկական կողմը հատուկ է տապալում բանակցային գործընթացը։
Վաղն էլ կսկսեն հավատալ թուրք-ադրբեջանական այն կեղծ քարոզչությանը, իբրև քուրդ զինյալներ ենք բերում ու տեղադրում Ադրբեջանի սահմանում։
Ո՞րն է թշնամուն զսպելու մեր մարտավարությունը։ Դիվանագիտությունը կա՞ այդ գործում, թե՞ վաղուց արդեն թուլացել ու հաճույք է ստանում։ Սա հռետորական հարցադրումներ չեն։
Ինչպե՞ս հասանք այն օրին, որ զինվորականությունը սկսեց խոսել աշխարհազորի անհրաժեշտության մասին։ Ընդ որում՝ շտապ անհրաժեշտության։ Իսկ ամենացավալին այն է, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակում դա արդեն իսկապես կենսական նշանակության հարց է։ Որովհետև պատերազմի զսպման դիվանագիտական մեխանիզմները վաղուց արդեն ոչնչացված են։ Չկան։
Մնում է զուտ մեր մարտական պատրաստվածությունը։
Իսկ հիմնական թշնամին ամենևին էլ Ադրբեջանը չէ։ Պատերազմի աշխարհագրությունն էլ է այլ լինելու։ Հիմա արդեն ազատագրված միայն մեկ, երկու, թեկուզ հինգ շրջանների հարցը չէ օրակարգում։ Խնդիրն ավելի ընդգրկուն է և վերաբերվում է հայկական երկու պետությունների ողջ տարածքին։ Այնպես որ, ցավոք, ճիշտ է Չավուշօղլուն՝ խելքներս գլուխը հավաքելու ժամն է»։
