Բելառուսի Նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն բելառուսական ժողովրդի եւ իր անունից շնորհավորել է Հայաստանի նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանին եւ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին Անկախության օրվա առթիվ: Այս մասին հայտնում է պետության ղեկավարի մամուլի ծառայությունը:
