Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ Արցախի "Արդարություն" կուսակցությունը շնորհավորում է ազգայն տոնացույցի կարևորագույն տոնի՝ Անկախության օրվա առթիվ։
1991 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 21-ին մեր ժողովուրդը միասնական ու միակամ հռչակեց ազատ ու անկախ ապրելու իր իրավունքը։ Դրանից հետո անցավ պատերազմի բովով, Արցախյան գոյամարտում հաղթանակեց, անցավ բազում դժվարություններով, բայց չհուսալքվեց, չերերաց անկախության փշոտ ճանապարհին, քանզի գիտակցված էր այդ ընտրությունը՝ որպես միակ հնարավոր գոյակերպ մեր ազատատենչ ժողովրդի համար։ Այո, մենք գիտենք անկախության գինը եւ պատրաստ ենք վճարել այդ գինը նորից ու նորից՝ հանուն ազատ, անկախ, ինքնիշխան Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Արցախի Հանրապետության։ Մեր պայքարը դեռ չի ավարտվել, առավել դժվար է հռչակված անկախությունը կերտելը, տարածքային ամբողջականությունը պահպանելը, երկիրը զարգացնելն ու շենացնելը. այս ամենի համար մեզնից պահանջվում է անսահման հայրենասիրություն, անհուն նվիրում և պետականամետություն։ Մեր խոնարհումը բոլոր նրանց՝ ովքեր անկախության զոհասեղանին իրենց կյանքը դրեցին. ամենքիս սրբազան պարտքն է՝ շարունակել նրանց գործը ու վառ պահել մեր հերոսների հիշատակը։
