Հայաստանի վարչապետն ու Արցախի նյախագահը քննարկել են երկկողմ համագործակցության զարգացմանն ուղղված մի շարք հարցեր. Տեսանյութ
POLITICSՎարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կառավարությունում առաձնազրույց է ունեցել Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հետ:
«Արցախի Հանրապետության մեծարգո նախագահ, ուրախ եմ Ձեզ ընդունել Երեւանում՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 29-րդ տարեդարձի օրը: Այդ իրադարձությունը մեր պատմության մեջ ունի առանձնահատուկ տեղ, եւ մեր խնդիրն է՝ 1991 թվականին մեր ժողովրդի միահամուռ կամքով ստեղծված պետականությունը դարձնել հարատեւ գործոն: Կարծում եմ՝ մեր բոլորի համար միանշանակ է, որ մենք միայն պետականության առկայությամբ է, որ կարող ենք երաշխավորել մեր ժողովրդի զարգացումը:
Իհարկե, Արցախն այսօր մեր համազգային օրակարգի ամենակարեւոր խնդիրն է, եւ ես ուրախ եմ, որ մենք ինչպես նախկինում, այսօր էլ, ապագայում էլ մեկտեղելու ենք մեր ջանքերը տարածաշրջանում կայունության, խաղաղության երաշխավորի մեր դերակատարումն իրականացնելու, Արցախի եւ Հայաստանի բնականոն եւ թռիչքաձեւ զարգացումն ապահովելու համար: Շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս եւս մեկ անգամ եւ ուրախ եմ կրկին Ձեզ ողջունել»,- նշել է վարչապետ Փաշինյանը:
«Շնորհակալություն մեծարգո վարչապետ, օգտվելով առիթից` ես էլ եմ շնորհավորում բոլորիս: Վստահ եւ համոզված կարող եմ ասել, որ, այո, հայկական աշխարհի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Արցախի Հանրապետության ապագան ոչ միայն երաշխավորված է, այլ նաեւ ունենալու ենք զարգացման դինամիկ այնպիսի աճի տեմպեր, որ այն դառնալու է մեր բոլոր հայերի երազանքի երկիրը:
Պարոն վարչապետ, օգտվելով առիթից` ուզում եմ նաեւ շնորհակալություն հայտնել մեր հերթական հանդիպման համար: Իմ պաշտոնավարման այս կարճ ժամանակահատվածում սա արդեն հերթական հանդիպումն է, որովհետեւ պաշտոնական եւ ոչ պաշտոնական շատ հանդիպումներ ենք ունեցել, եւ սա այն վկայությունն է, որ ամենայն գիտակցությամբ եւ պատասխանատվությամբ ենք մոտենում մեր հայրենիքի ճակատագրին, մանավանդ, որ մեր հիմնական հանդիպումների թեման, առանցքը լինում է մեր անվտանգությունը, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Արցախի Հանրապետության սոցիալ-տնտեսական բազմաթիվ ծրագրերը: Բայց մենք հասկանում ենք, որ այսօր՝ քաղաքական այս ծանր ժամանակահատվածում, մենք պարտավոր ենք անել առավելագույնը, ավելին քան հնարավոր է, որպեսզի այսօրվա, այս պահի կայուն խաղաղությունը հարատեւի:
Պարոն վարչապետ, շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում հանդիպման համար, նաեւ ուզում եմ վստահեցնել, որ մեր ամեն մի հանդիպում իր արդյունքն է տալիս, իր պտուղն է տալիս հետագա մեր գործունեության առումով»,- իր հերթին նշել է Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:
