ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանն անկախության 29-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել:

Ուղերձում ասվում է. «Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,

Շնորհավորում եմ մեր կարեւորագույն պետական տոնի՝ Անկախության օրվա առթիվ։

1991թ. սեպտեմբերի 21-ին, միասնաբար եւ վստահ «այո» ասացինք անկախությանը։

Այն երազանքները, որ ունեինք անկախության ձգտելիս եւ անկախություն հռչակելիս, իրականություն են ի դեմս մեր անկախ պետականության։

Սակայն այս ճանապարհը շարունակվում է: Մեզ համար, որպես ժողովուրդ ու պետություն, շատ բան դեռ առջեւում է՝ նոր ծրագրեր, նոր նպատակներ, նոր հաղթանակներ։

Դրա համար պետք է ունենանք հստակ տեսլական, իրականանալի ծրագիր, ինչպես նաեւ հաստատուն կամք։ Ապագան ծնվում է սրանցից բխող որոշումների ու ջանքերի, մեր մտածողության ու գիտակցության, մեր աշխատանքի հանրագումարում՝ հենվելով մեր ազգային ու բարոյական արժեքների, մեր պատմության, մեր ժառանգության վրա։

Միայն իր անցյալն ու ավանդույթները, մշակույթն ու լեզուն չմոռացող եւ գնահատող, առաջ նայող եւ ժամանակը զգացող անհատը, հասարակությունը, ժողովուրդը կարող են զարգացնել ինչպես իրենց հոգեւոր ու նյութական, այնպես էլ իրական եւ վիրտուալ աշխարհը։

Որքան էլ աշխարհը փոխվի, նրա հիմքերի հիմքը միշտ լինելու են բարությունը, գթասրտությունը, արդարության ու ճշմարտության ձգտումը՝ այն ամենն, ինչի վրա հիմնված է մեր ազգային արժեհամակարգը։

Մեր եղբայրները եւ քույրերը՝ զինվոր թե ազատամարտիկ, բժիշկ թե մտավորական, հողագործ թե գրող Հայաստանից, Արցախից ու Սփյուռքից, բոլոր նրանք, որոնք պայքարել, նվիրվել են Հայրենիքին՝ Հայաստանին եւ Արցախին, որոնք զոհվել են հանուն նրա անկախության, պատգամում են մեզ բոլորիս՝ ոչինչ չխնայել ներկայի եւ ապագայի համար։

Խոնարհվում եմ նրանց առջեւ։

Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Այսօր մեր կողքին կրկին նվիրյալներ ունենք, որոնք պահում են մեր մշակույթի ու գիտության, մեր առողջության ու կրթության սահմանը, որոնք մեր ազգային ինքնության եւ արժեքների կրողն ու պաշտպանն են, որոնք իրենց ջանքն են ներդնում հայրենիքի հզորացման, հայրենի հողի անվտանգության համար՝ զինվորականից մինչեւ բուժաշխատող, գիտնականից մինչեւ ՏՏ մասնագետ, հեռավոր գյուղի ուսուցչից մինչեւ մանկապարտեզի դաստիարակ, ցորեն աճեցնողից մինչեւ հացթուխ, երաժշտից մինչեւ մարզիկ, նորարարից մինչեւ հնագետ...

Հայրենիքի ճակատագիրը կախված է բոլորիցս ու յուրաքանչյուրիցս, պատասխանատու լինելու, պատասխանատվություն ստանձնելու մեր կարողությունից, մեր համերաշխությունից, միասնությունից, միմյանց նկատմամբ մեր բարությունից ու հանդուրժողականությունից։

Պետք է համախմբվենք։

Գործենք միասին՝ որքան էլ տարբեր լինեն մեր մտածելակերպն, աշխարհայացքն ու պատկերացումները։

Անկախության օրը պետք է լինի մեր համազգային միասնության խորհրդանիշը:

Պաշտպանենք ու զորացնենք մեր Հայրենիքը՝ Հայաստանն ու Արցախը, որպես մեր ազգային իղձերի առանցք եւ հիմնասյուն։

Խաղաղություն ու բարեկեցություն մեր Հայրենիքին եւ ժողովրդին:

Կեցցե՛ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը։

Կեցցե՛ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը։
