Նախագահական ինքնաթիռի խաղարկության շնորհիվ Մեքսիկայում 100 միլիոնատեր ի հայտ կգա

Մեքսիկայում լայնորեն գովազդվող Ազգային վիճակախաղը, որը կառավարությունը կապում էր շքեղ նախագահական ինքնաթիռի հետ, պետք է հանգեցնի 100 միլիոնատիրոջ ի հայտ գալուն:
Մրցանակի ընդհանուր գումարը մոտավորապես արտացոլում է Boeing 787 Dreamliner-ի արժեքը, որը նախագահ Անդրես Մանուել Լոպես Օբրադորը խոստացել էր վաճառել սոցիալական ծրագրերի համար միջոցներ հայթայթելու համար, գրում է NYP-ն:
Մեքսիկան ամեն կերպ փորձում էր պայքարել ինքնաթիռի գնորդ գտնելու համար, եւ վիճակախաղը մտածվել էր որպես միջոցներ հայթայթելու այլընտրանքային միջոց, հատկապես` հանրային առողջապահության ոլորտի համար:
Խաղարկությունը, որն անցկացվում է Իսպանիայի թագավոր Կառլոս III կողմից հիմնադրված ազգային վիճակախաղի կենտրոնական գրասենյակում, Լոպես Օբրադորի ջանքերի մի մասն է, որը ձգտում է երկիրը տասնամյակների կաշառակերությունից ազատած առաջնորդ դառնալ:
Առաջարկվող 6 միլիոն տոմսից 100 հաղթող կարող է հավակնել յուրաքանչյուրը 20 միլիոն պեսոյի (մոտ 1 միլիոն դոլար): Անցած շաբաթվա ընթացքում տոմսերի միայն 70 տոկոսն էր վաճառվել, սակայն հետաքրքրությունը վիճակախաղի նկատմամբ վերջին րոպեին երկար հերթերի էր հանգեցրել կրպակների դիմաց:
Լոպես Օբրադորը խոստացել է, որ հասույթը կուղղվի հիմնականում պետական հիվանդանոցներին, որոնք քրոնիկորեն չեն ֆինանսավորվում: Իշխանությունները չեն հայտարարում հաղթողների անունները, որոնց թվում կարող են բժշկական կլինիկաներ լինել, որոնց կառավարությունը հարյուրավոր տոմսեր էր տվել:
Մրցանակի գումարը մասամբ ֆինանսավորվում է առգրավված գույքի վաճառքի հաշվին, այդ թվում` թմրավաճառների: Քննադատները նշում են, որ ակցիան սահմանափակ միջոցների անարդյունավետ օգտագործում է, որոնք փոխարենը պետք է ուղղակիորեն մտնեին բյուջե:
Վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում պետական պաշտոնյաները ինտենսիվորեն տոմսեր էին վաճառում 500 պեսոով (24 դոլարով): Սակայն պետական կառույցը շուրջ 24 միլիոն դոլար է ծախսել միջոցառման վրա, եւ որոշ պետական պաշտոնյաներ բողոքել են, որ ստիպված էին մասնակցել:
