Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների ընդդիմախոս քաղաքական ուժերն իրենց անհամաձայնությունն են հայտնում դեկտեմբերի 6-ի հանրաքվեի արդյունքների կապակցությամբ և պատրաստվում են հանրաքվեն անվավեր ճանաչելու պահանջով դիմել Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով ու  Սահմանադրական դատարան: Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Երևանի Ազատության հրապարակում տեղի ունեցած Հայ ա զգային կոնգրեսի և Հայաստանի ժողովրդական կուսակցության հանրահավաքում ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լևոն Զուրաբյանը նշեց, որ հանրաքվեի քվեարկության ընթացքում իրենց արձանագրած բոլոր ընտրախախտումների ապացույցներն ու նյութերն ուղարկելու են համապատասխան մարմիններին և հետևողականորեն հասնելու են նրան, որպեսզի բոլոր ընտրակեղծարարները պատժվեն:

«Նյութերը պատրաստելու համար մեզ մի քանի օր է պետք է և պատրաստ լինելուն պես դրանք կուղարկենք ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով` հանրաքվեի արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու պահանջով: Մենք պատրաստելու ենք նաև համապատասխան դիմում, որը կներկայացնենք Սահմանադրական դատարան»,- ասաց Զուրաբյանը` ավելացնելով, որ դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է 24 պատգամավորի ստորագրություն, և իրենք դիմումը կներկայացնեն Ազգային ժողովի բոլոր պատգամավորներին:

Իր ելույթում ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արամ Մանուկյանը եւս անհամաձայնություն հայտնեց Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի հրապարակած տվյալների առնչությամբ:

«ՀԱԿ-ը բողոքներ է ներկայացրել դատախազություն ու ոստիկանություն դեկտեմբերի 6-ին տեղի ունեցած հանրաքվեի ընթացքում գրանցված խախտումների ու կեղծիքների վերաբերյալ»,- ասաց Մանուկյանը։ Նա շնորհակալություն հայտնեց բոլոր քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր քվեարկել են «ոչ»-ի օգտին, ինչպես նաև նրանց, ովքեր նվիրատվություններ են կատարել «ոչ»-ի քարոզչությունն իրականացնող  հիմնադրամին:

Հանրահավաքին ձայն տրվեց նաև «Ժառանագություն» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանին, ով իր խոսքում կրկին անդրադարձավ նախորդ օրը տեղի ունեցած հանրաքվեին: Նա նշեց, որ «ոչ»-ի սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների ընդդիմախոս քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչ բոլոր հանձնաժողովականները հրաշալի են աշխատել: Միաժամանակ նա վստահություն հայտնեց, որ միասնական պայքարի շնորհիվ, միասնական օրակագով իրենք կհասնեն նպատակների իրականացմանը:

ՀԺԿ կուսակցության նախագահ Ստեփան Դեմիրճյանն էլ հակիրճ էր. նա ևս կարևորեց ընդդիմության ջանքերի համատեղումը, իր խոսքով, հանուն արդարության և արժանապատվության հաղթանակի: Հանրահավաքին հաջորդեց երթը:
