ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփն իր խորհրդականներին հասկացրել է, որ գոհ չէ Oracle կորպորացիայի եւ TikTok հավելվածի սեփականատեր չինական ByteDance-ի միջեւ համաձայնագրի դրույթներից, հայտնում է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը` վկայակոչելով The Wall Street Journal-ը:
Սպիտակ տան աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Մայք Մեդոուզը հայտարարել է, որ գործարքը, որի դեպքում TikTok-ը կմնա չինական ընկերության վերահսկողության տակ, չի համապատասխանում նախագահի չափանիշներին: «Ես շատ կասկածում եմ, որ եթե այն ամենը, ինչ մենք անում ենք, գործողությունների վերակազմակերպում է` դրանք չինական վերահսկողության տակ պահելով, դժվար թե դա համահունչ է նախագահի կողմից դրված նպատակներին»,- ասել է Մեդոուզը:
Նրա խոսքով` նախագահի աշխատակազմը շարունակում է ուսումնասիրել ByteDance-ին ուղարկած առաջարկի մանրամասները:
WSJ-ը նախօրեին, վկայակոչելով աղբյուրները, հայտնել էր, որ ByteDance-ն ակնկալում է պահպանել վերահսկողության իրավունքն ամերիկյան TikTok-ի նկատմամբ` Oracle-ի հետ համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում: Ըստ հպարբերականի զրուցակիցների` ByteDance-ն առաջարկում է TikTok-ին անկախ ընկերություն տրամադրել, որը կգրանցվի ԱՄՆ-ում, սակայն կմնա ByteDance-ի վերահսկողության տակ: Ակնկալվում է, որ Oracle-ը կդառնա TikTok-ի տեխնոլոգիական գործընկերն ԱՄՆ-ում եւ կստանա ընկերության փոքրամասնական բաժնեմասը:
ByteDance- ը կարծում է, որ առաջարկվող պայմաններն ու պայմանները պետք է վերացնեն ԱՄՆ-ում TikTok օգտագործողների տվյալների անվտանգության հետ կապված մտահոգությունները, ինչպես նախկինում արտահայտվել էին ԱՄՆ իշխանությունների կողմից:
Ավելի վաղ Թրամփը հայտարարել էր, որ իրեն դուր չեն գալիս առաջարկված պայմանները, որոնց դեպքում ByteDance-ը կշարունակի վերահսկել TikTok-ը:
