ԱՄՆ-ն «Հեզբոլլահ»-ին մեղադրել է եվրոպական մի շարք երկրներում քիմիական նյութեր պահելու մեջ, որոնք կարող են օգտագործվել պայթուցիկ նյութեր պատրաստելու համար: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի պետդեպարտամենտի համակարգող Նաթան Սեյլզը` դիմելով Եվրոպայի եւ այլ երկրներին` կազմակերպության գործունեության արգելք սահմանելու կոչ անելով, փոխանցում է AP-ն:

Վերջին տարիներին, նրա խոսքով, «Հեզբոլլահի զինյալներն ամոնիումի նիտրատը Բելգիայից տեղափոխել են Ֆրանսիա, Հունաստան, Իտալիա, Իսպանիա եւ Շվեյցարիա, եւ կասկածվում է, որ նրանք այդ նյութը շարունակում են պահել ամբողջ Եվրոպայում»:

Առանց որեւէ ապացույց տրամադրելու` Սեյլզը հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն կարծում է, որ «Հեզբոլլահ»-ը 2012 թվականից ամոնիումի նիտրատ է տեղափոխում Եվրոպա: «Ինչո՞ւ է «Հըզբոլլահ»-ն ամոնիումի նիտրատ պահեստավորում  եվրոպական հողի վրա,- ասել է նա:- Պատասխանը պարզ է` որպեսզի հնարավորություն ունենա խոշոր ահաբեկչական գործողություններ իրականացնել, երբ «Հեզբոլլահ»-ը կամ դրա տերերը Թեհրանում դա անհրաժեշտ համարեն»:

1997 թվականից ԱՄՆ-ն «Հըզբոլլահ»-նօտարերկրյա ա հաբեկչական կազմակերպություն է ճանաչել, սակայն որոշ երկրներ տարբերակում են կազմակերպության ռազմական եւ քաղաքական թեւերը:

ԵՄ-ն «Հեզբոլլահ»-ի ռազմական թեւն արգելված ահաբեկչական խմբավորում է համարում, սակայն` ոչ նրա քաղաքական թեւը, որը վերջին տարիներին Լիբանանի կառավարության մաս է կազմում: Մի քանի առանձին երկիր, այդ թվույմ` Գերմանիան եւ Միացյալ Թագավորությունը, ամբողջովին օրենքից դուրս են հայտարարել «Հեզբոլլահ»-ը: Սեյլզը մյուս երկրներին կոչ է արել նույնն անել:

««Հեզբոլլահ»-ը ունիտար կազմակերպություն է, որը չի կարելի բաժանվել ռազմական եւ, այսպես կոչված, քաղաքական թեւերի»,- ասել է նա:
