Ժամանակին որպես կատակ ասում էին, որ Հայաստանը պետք է պատերազմ հայտարարի ԱՄՆ-ին ու միանգամից հանձնվի: Դրանում էին մարդիկ տեսնում Հայաստանի փրկությունը: Նման երկիր իրականում գոյություն ունի: Կորեան ԱՄՆ-ին պատերազմ չէր հայտարարել, բաց մեջտեղից կիսվել էր ու հիմա կեսը սոցիալիստ ա, մյուս կեսն էլ ԱՄՆ-ի կապիտալիստական մոդելի ասիական «դրոշակն» ա:

Սոցիալիստական կեսը «քաղաքակիրթ» աշխարհի աչքի փուշն է, ինչն էլ պատճառ է հանդիսանում Հյուսիսային Կորեայի մասին անընդհատ քարոզչական սարսափելի նյութեր արտադրելու համար: Արևմուտքը պնդում է, որ այնտեղ ամեն ինչ վատ է, ժողովուրդը շատ դժբախտ է, սովից կոտորվում է և այլն: Իրականում Հյուսիսային Կորեայի մասին գրեթե ոչինչ հայտնի չէ` մենք ոչ իրենց ՀՆԱ-ն գիտենք, ոչ բյուջեն, ոչ էլ այլ ստույգ ինֆո կա: Գիտենք միայն, որ նրանք ստեղծել են միջուկային զենք ու ունեն բալիստիկ հրթիռներ: Այսինքն, նրանք իրենց «սոված» հալով կարողացել են փաստացի ստեղծել գերառաջադեմ տեխնոլոգիական զենք ու վերջին 60 տարում կրկնապատկել են իրենց բնակչությունը՝ 11 միլիոնից դարձել են 25 միլիոն:

Հարավային Կորեան միջուկային զենք չունի, բանակի վրա առանձնապես չեն կենտրոնացել, նրանց անվտանգությունը երաշխավորում է ԱՄՆ 7րդ նավատորմը: Նրանք համարվում են աշխարհի ամենա աղանդավորացված երկիրը (Հայաստանից երկու անգամ շատ), իրենցից շատ ավետարանական աղանդների հետևորդ չունի ոչ մի երկիր, նույնիսկ ԱՄՆ-ն: Կապիտալիզմի դրոշակը լինելով` նրանք 60 տարի թռիչքաձև աճեցին, ստեղծեցին Սամսունգը, Հյունդայը, Դեվուն և այլնը: Այդ աճի արդյունքում հարավային կորեացիները ազգովի որոշեցին դադարել ապրել: Բառացիորեն: Նրանք նույնպես վերջին 60 տարում կրկնապատկվեցին` 25 միլիոնից դառնալով 50 միլիոն: Բայց հետո որոշեցին էլ չբազմանալ: Հիմա Հարավային Կորեան ունի աշխարհի ամենացածր ծնելիությունն ու ՄԱԿ-ի հաշվարկներով այս դարի ընթացքում նրանք նորից 25 միլիոն են դառնալու, ու որպես մշակույթ վերանալու են ներգաղթյալների ճնշման տակ: Սակայն ես ՄԱԿ-ի հետ համամիտ չեմ, ես չեմ կարծում, որ Հարավային Կորեան կվերանա: Իմ կարծիքով Հյուսիսային Կորեան պարզապես վերջապես կազատագրի հարավն ու վերջ:

Հայաստանում ծնելիությունը հիմա շատ ավելի բարձր է, քան Կորեայում, բայց մի քանի տարուց մենք էլ կհասնենք նրանց ցուցանիշին, քանի որ ամուսնությունների ցուցանիշով արդեն գրեթե հավասարվել ենք: Նենց որ, շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիդ, ժողովուրդ ջան, ակազվիցը մենք վաղուց հանձնվել էինք ամերիկացիքին, ուղղակի վրեքներս խաբար չկար: Ցավոք, ի տարբերություն Կորեայի, մենք մեզ ապագայում փրկող սոցիալիստական բարեկամ չունենք: Հայաստանը հիմա նման ա անբուժելի հիվանդությամբ տառապող մարդու վերջին օրերին, էն որ տունը ծախում, վերջի օրով մի հատ լավ քեֆ ա անում, որ սիրուն գնա...

Հ.Գ. ասեմ իմանաք, աշխարհի երկրորդ ամենացածր ծնելիությունն ունի մեկ այլ ամերիկյան գաղութ՝ Պուերտո Ռիկոն: Նրանք երկրորդն են նաև աղանդավորացմամբ:
