ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարող համաշխարհային կոալիցիայում ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Բրեթ ՄըքԳարքը քննադատել է հյուսիսային Իրաքում թուրքական զորքերի տեղակայումը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական «Հուրիեթ» պարբերականը:

«Միացյալ Նահանգները չի աջակցում առանց Իրաքի կառավարության համաձայնության Իրաքի ներսում զորքերի տեղեկայումը: Դա վերաբերում է ինչպես ԱՄՆ, այնպես էլ ցանկացած այլ երկրի զինված ուժերին: Վերջին 24 ժամվա ընթացքում մենք ակտիվորեն հորդորել ենք թուրքական և իրաքյան կառավարություններին քննարկել ստեղծված իրադրությունը համապատասխան ուղիներով»,- «Թվիթեր»-ի իր միկրոբլոգում գրառում է կատարել ՄըքԳարկը:

Նա դրական և կառուցողական քայլ է համարել Թուրքիայի և Իրաքի պաշտպանության նախարարների միջև կայացած հեռախոսազրույցը: Օմաբայի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչը հորդորել է բոլոր կողմերին խնդրին տալ դիվանագիտական լուծում, քանի որ բոլոր գործընկերները միավորված են ԻՊ դեմ պայքարում:

Թուրքիան դեկտեմբերի 5-ին Իրաքի հյուսիսում, որտեղ տեղակայված են քրդական փեշմերգայի (քրդական զորամիավորումներ)ճամբարները, տեղայակայել է իր զորքերը, այդ թվում 130 զինծառայող, տանկ և զրահատեխնիկա: Թուրքական կողմիհավաստմամբ՝ այդպես նրանք պատրաստվում են հարձակվել Մոսուլի վրա, որը գրավել են ԻՊ ծայրահեղականները: Իրաքի ԱԳՆ-նիր մոտ է կանչել Բաղդադում Թուրքիայի դեսպանին ու պահանջել, որ Թուրքիան անմիջապես դուրս բերի իր զորքերը երկրիհյուսիսային շրջաններից: Իրաքի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունից հայտարարել են, որ պաշտոնական Անկարան իրզորքերը մտցրել է առանց Բաղդադի հետ համաձայնության, ինչը որակվում է որպես «թշնամական գործողություն»:

Իրաքի իշխանությունները պահանջել են պաշտոնական Անկարայից 48 ժամվա ընթացքում դուրս բերել զորքերը հյուսիսայինԻրաքի տարածքներից: Իրաքի վարչապետ Հայդար էլ-Էբադին հայտարարել է, որ եթե Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները չկատարենիրենց պահանջը, ապա իրենք ստիպված կլինեն կիրառել հնարավոր բոլոր տարբերակները, այդ թվում և Միավորված ազգերիկազմակերպության Անվտանգության խորհուրդ դիմելը:

Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Ահմեդ Դավութօղլուն նամակ է ուղարկել Իրաքի վարչապետ Հայդար էլ-Էբադիին՝ տեղեկացնելով, որԹուրքիան մտադիր չէ հավելյալ զորքեր ուղարկել Իրաքի հյուսիսային շրջաններ:
