Նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանն աբսուրդային հրաման է արձակել
POLITICSԱռողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի ձեռքով հերթական աբսուրդային հրամանն է արձակվել այսօր. ողջ կրթական համակարգն ընկել է ցայնտնոտի մեջ: Բուհերի ռեկտորեներն առվոտից լարված զանգերի ու քննարկումների մեջ են, փորձում են Արսեն Թորոսյանի մտքի թռիչքը վերծանել:
Yerevan.Today-ի ձեռքի տակ է հայտնվել ԱՆ-ից իջեցված հրամանը, ըստ այդմ՝ ԱՆ-ի գրությամբ հրամայված է բոլոր բուհերին ու միջին մասնագիտական հաստատություներին ազատվել 65 և ավել տարիք ունեցող բոլոր դասախոսներից, ընդ որում` անորոշ ժամկետով և նույն հրամանում հրահանգվում է հապճեպ ընտրել նրանց արժանի փոխարինող երիտասարդ կադրեր: Այն էլ` հիմա, երբ ուսումնական տարվա մեկնարկը տրված է, դասացուցակներն հստակեցված են, դասաժամերը` բաշխված:
Ավելին, նախարար Թորոսյանի հրամանում չի նշվում, թե որտեղի՞ց, ու՞մ հաշվին հարկադիր պարապուրդի ուղարկվող պրոֆեսորները պիտի վարձատրվեն ու իրենց փոխարինող դասախոսները վճարվեն միաժամանակ, այսինքն՝ լրացուցիչ ֆինասական բեռի մասը նախարարի հրամանում բաց է թողնված, պատասխանատվության տերը չկա:
Հաջորդ աբսուրդը՝ ռեկտորատին հրամայված է մեկ-երկու օրում հայտնաբերել իրենց ուսանողների ու դաախոսական կազմի մոտ առկա հիվանդությունների ցանկը, ու եթե դրանք համըկնում են նախարարության թված հիվանդությունների հետ, ապա զրկել դասախոսին և ուսանողին բուհ մտնելու իրավունքից։ Թեև ուսանելն ու աշխատելը նրանց սահմանադրական իրավունքն է բոլոր դեպքերում, բայց, ինչպես նախարարության զանգերն են ակնարկում, նախարար Թորոսյանի հրամանը ենթակա է պարտադիր կատարման:
