Փաշինյանի գրառումն այն մասին, որ 2020թ. հունվար-հուլիսին Հայաստանից ելակ-մոշ-հաղարջ ապրանքախմբի արտահանումը աճել է 166%-ով, ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան տեղեկատվության ֆրագմենտացիայի փորձ։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել էներգետիկ անվտանգության հարցերով փորձագետ Վահե Դավթյանը։

«Համավարակի պայմաններում անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել տնտեսության համալիր վիճակը, այլ ոչ թե դուրս բերել այն եզակի տվյալները, որոնք բխում են իշխանության քարոզչական շահերից։ Մինչդեռ հունվար-հուլիս ամիսներին Հայաստանում տնտեսական ակտիվության անկումը կազմել է մոտ 6%։

Մյուս կողմից, հիշենք Փաշինյանի խոսքերն այն մասին, որ ճգնաժամը նախևառաջ նոր հնարավորություն է։ Փաստորեն, բարձր տեխնոլոգիական զարգացումը որպես առաջնահերթություն հայտարարած իշխանությունը, որը հատուկ այդ ուղղության ռազմավարական պլանավորման ու զարգացման համար առանձին նախարարություն է ստեղծել, սահմանափակվում է բացառապես ելակի ու մոշի արտահանման դրական դինամիկայով։ Հիրավի մեծ ձեռքբերում է։

Միաժամանակ, երբ վարչապետը ներկայացնում է ջերմոցային տնտեսության առաջին կիսամյակի նվաճումները, պետք է տա նաև որոշ օբյեկտիվ կանխատեսումներ երկրորդ կիսամյակի համար։ Դրանք, իհարկե, չեն կարող հուսադրող լինել՝ հաշվի առնելով հուլիսից ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների համար բնական գազի սակագնի աճը»,- գրել է Դավթյանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում էր կատարել, որում մասնավորապես ասվում է․

«Covid-ով պայմանավորված տնտեսական ճգնաժամի ֆոնին կան նաեւ լավ լուրեր:

Օրինակ՝ 2020թ. հունվար-հուլիսին Հայաստանից ելակ-մոշ-հաղարջ ապրանքախմբի արտահանումը աճել է 166 տոկոսով. արտահանվել է 5.5 միլիոն դոլարի արտադրանք:

Կարեւոր նրբությունն այստեղ այն է, որ արտահանվող արտադրանքը հիմնականում արտադրվում է ջերմոցային տնտեսություններում:

Այսինքն՝ մի կողմից գործ ունենք ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների զարգացման հետ, մյուս կողմից էլ այստեղ արտադրվող բերքը կախվածության մեջ չէ եղանակային պայմաններից եւ ինչպես առիթ եմ ունեցել նշելու, այստեղ տնտեսվարողը ոչ թե սպասում է, թե ինչքան բերք կլինի այս տարի, այլ պլանավորում է, թե ինչքան է իրեն անհրաժեշտ եւ արտադրում է ուղիղ այդքան:

Նույն տրամաբանությամբ՝ սունկ-դդմիկ-սպանախ ապրանքախմբի արտահանումը աճել է 62 տոկոսով. արտահանվել է 3.2 միլիոն դոլարի արտադրանք: Աճել է նաեւ ծաղիկների արտահանումը՝ 16.9 տոկոսով: Արտահանվել է 3.9 միլիոն դոլարի արտադրանք:

Ջերմոցային ամենաարտահանելի արտադրանքը շարունակում է մնալ լոլիկը. հունվար հուլիսին արտահանման ծավալն աճել է 18.5 տոկոսով, արտահանվել է 23.5 միլիոն դոլարի արտադրանք»:
