ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի եւ սպորտի նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանն այսօր՝ ուսումնական տարվա մեկնարկին, այցելել է Արագածոտնի եւ Արարատի մարզեր՝ ներկա գտնվելու նախակրթարանների բացման արարողությանը: Առաջին կանգառը Արագածոտնի մարզի Գեղարոտ համայնքն էր։

Նախարար Ա. Հարությունյանը Արագածոտնի մարզպետ Դավիթ Գեւորգյանի եւ ԿԾԿ ԾԻԳ-ի  տնօրեն Գրիշա Հովհաննիսյանի  ուղեկցությամբ շրջել է նախակրթարաններում, ծանոթացել կատարված աշխատանքներին, զրուցել մանկավարժների ու ծնողների հետ: Նախարարը շնորհավորել է համայնքների բնակիչներին նախակրթարանների բացման կապակցությամբ եւ նշել, որ առաջիկայում  կդիտարկվի  աշակերտներին, ծնողներին եւ դպրոցի աշխատակազմին հուզող հարցերի լուծման հնարավորությունները։ «Նախադպրոցական կրթությունը դպրոցում ուսումնական գործընթացի հաջող մեկնարկի հենասյունն է, եւ նման ծրագրերի արդյունքում կրթօջախների հիմնումը վաղը գրագետ եւ կրթված քաղաքացի ունենալու կարեւոր նախապայմանն է»,-ասել է նախարարը:

Իրականացված ծրագրի արդյունքում նախակրթարանները նաեւ կահավորվել են անհրաժեշտ գույքով, ապահովվել նախադպրոցական կրթության կազմակերպման համար բոլոր անհրաժեշտ պարագաներով: Գեղադիր համայնքում նորաբաց նախակրթարանի փոքրիկ սաներից մեկը՝ Աննան է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարին ցույց տվել իր եւ ընկերների համար նախատեսված խաղալիքներն ու գունագեղ պահարանները:

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի հաջորդ կանգառը ՀՀ  Արարատի մարզի թիվ 4 հիմնական դպրոցն էր, որտեղ «Կրթության բարելավում» ծրագրի շրջանակներում ստեղծված նախակրթարանը իր դռները բացել է 30 սաների առաջ: Այս նախակրթարանը եւս գեղեցիկ ու գունագեղ սենյակներով, հարմարավետ պահարաններով ու խաղալիքներով լի անկյուններով սպասում է իր փոքրիկ սաներին։

Հարկ է նշել, որ նախապես իրականացվել է նաեւ նախակրթարաններում աշխատող դաստիարակների վերապատրաստում: Ինչպես նաեւ՝ պահպանվել են ներառական կրթության կազմակերպման բոլոր պահանջները եւ նորաստեղծ նախակրթարաններն ունեն նաեւ հարմարեցված միջավայր, եւ նախակրթարաններում կրթություն են ստանալու նաեւ սահմանափակ հնարավորություններով երեխաների կրթության համար։

ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը նախակրթարաններ շրջայցն ամփոփել է Գետազատ համայնքի միջնակարգ դպրոցում։ Գետազատի նորաբաց նախակրթարանն այս տարի ընդունելու է 20 սանի: Հյուրերը նախակրթարանի տնօրենի ուղեկցությամբ շրջել են խմբասենյակներով, եղել նաեւ նախակրթարանի բակում: Տնօրենը ներկայացրել է նախակրթարանի ստեղծման ընթացքը, խոսել հաղթահարված դժվարությունների ու առաջիկա անելիքների մասին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2020 թվականի նախադպրոցական կրթության միկրոծրագրերի իրականացմանն ուղղված նախնական աշխատանքները սկսվել են դեռեւս 2019 թվականի նոյեմբերից եւ իրականացվում է Համաշխարհային բանկի համաֆինանսավորմամբ՝ «Կրթական ծրագրերի կենտրոն» ԾԻԳ-ի «Կրթության բարելավում» վարկային ծրագրի շրջանակում եւ արդեն իսկ հիմնվել է 136 նախակրթարան։
