Բաբայանի հայտարարությունն Արցախում անհանգստության ալիք է բարձրացրել
POLITICS«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով՝ նախօրեին Արցախի ԱԺ-ում պատգամավորների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Սամվել Բաբայանի հնչեցրած որոշ հայտարարություններ նոր կրքեր են բորբոքել։ Առաջին հերթին Արցախում բավական խնդրահարույց են համարում Բաբայանի այն հայտարարությունը, թե Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն իր լիազորությունների մի մասը գաղտնի հրամանով փոխանցել է իրեն և իր կառույցին։
Ըստ մասնագետների, սա նախ՝ սահմանադրական առումով է մեծ թվով հարցեր առաջացնում, երկրորդ՝ քաղաքական առումով նոնսենս է։Արցախցիներն իրենց քվեն տվել են անձի, որը, ըստ Բաբայանի, նախագահի իր լիազորությունների մի մասը փոխանցել է ԱԽ քարտուղարին։ Մեր արցախյան աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, այս հայտարարությունը շոկային է եղել նաև Հարությունյանի թիմակիցների համար, որոնք տևական ժամանակ է՝ խոսում են երկրում կառավարման համակարգի նոր խափանումների մասին։
Մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկը նշեց, որ ԱԺ-ում կայացած հանդիպումը պարզորոշ ցույց տվեց, որ միգուցե Արցախի նախագահն ու ԱԽ քարտուղարը որոշ սկզբունքային հարցերի առումով տարաձայնություններ չունեն, սակայն առկա խնդիրները լուծելու և դրանց պատկերացումների վերաբերյալ դիրքորոշումների ահռելի տարբերություն կա։
