Մովսես Դեմիրճյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Նախ, թերևս առաջին անգամ այդքան ակնհայտ և չքողարկված ձևով երևացին մարդիկ, ովքեր պատրաստ են մի քանի հազար դրամի կամ ինչ-որ մեկին ծառայելու համար ամեն ինչի գնան: Այս երևույթը միշտ է եղել, բայց առաջին անգամ է, որ մարդիկ դա անում են ոչ թե ամաչելով կամ լուռ, այլ դրա մասին բարձրաձայնելով և նույնիսկ հպարտանալով:
Երկրորդ, ոչ ոք չհասկացավ, թե ինչու էին ՛՛այո՛՛-ի կողմնակիցները իրենց պահում այնպես, կարծես հասարակությունն իրենց թշանին է, եթե ուզում է ՛՛ոչ՛՛ ասել: Այնպես բացատրեիք, մեկնաբանեիք և ներկայացնեիք փոփոխությունները, որ մարդիկ համոզվեին ՛՛այո՛՛-ի անհրաժեշտության մեջ: Մինչդեռ թե՛ ՛՛այո՛՛-ի, թե՛ ՛՛ոչ՛՛-ի քարոզչությունը բավականին վատ էր կազմակերպված, ինչի արդյունքում մարդիկ այդպես էլ չլսեցին հիմնավոր փաստարկներ ո՛չ ՛՛այո՛՛-ի, ո՛չ էլ ՛՛ոչ՛՛-ի համար:
Երրորդ, այս ամեն արդյունքում քվեարկությունը դարձավ քարոզչության հարց, իսկ այդ հարցում Հայաստանում ձևավորված տարբեր ինստիտուտներ կան՝ թաղային հեղինակություններ, ծանոթ-բարեկամներ, կուսակցական և վարչական հիերարխիա, կեղծ հայրենասիրական գաղափարներ և այլն: Այս ամենը կա և լինելու է այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ շատ-շատերի աշխատանքը, եկամուտն ու բարեկեցությունը կախված է կոնկրետ մարդկանց վերաբերմունքից, ոչ թե պետությունից:
Սա, թերևս, բոլորը գիտեն: Բայց մի հարց եմ ուզում տալ բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր ամեն ընտրություն առիթ են դարձնում մեկին ծառայելու, լավություն անելու, փող աշխատելու և մեկ այլ ՛՛հերոսության՛՛ համար. դուք հասկանու՞մ եք, որ տենց բաներ անելուց հետո զրկվում եք պետությունից և իշխանություններից դժգոհելու բարոյական բոլոր իրավունքներից, քանի որ դուք ինքներդ եք ստեղծում այն իրավիճակը, որից ինքներդ դժգոհում եք ընտրությունից ընտրություն ընկած տարիների ընթացքում:
Դուք հասկանու՞մ եք, որ ձեր երեխայի ապագան եք աղավաղում, ապականում, այլանդակում:
Չէ-հ, չե՛ք հասկանում:
