Հանրային վերահսկողության կենտրոն ՀԿ-ի նախագահ Բաբկեն Հրությունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝

Ասֆալտ փռելը դրոշակ դարձրած` Նիկոլն այսօր ևս մի շարք զավեշտալի հայտարարություններ է արել, թե երկու տուփ ծխախոտ պակաս ծխեք, դրա փողը վճարեք բյուջե, մի շիշ արաղ պակաս խմեք, էլ չի ասում երկու շիշ պակաս խմեք, էդ փողը վճարեք բյուջե, որովհետև դա դառնալու է ճանապարհ: Գույքահարկը ավելացրել են, հո ինքը հոր տուն չի տանելու, ճանապարհ է կառուցելու: 300 տարվա պատմություն ունեցող գյուղն իբր առաջին անգամ է, որ ունի ասֆալտապատ ճանապարհ: Վերջում էլ բողոքել, թե 30 տարի ավերակների մեջ ապրողները , հիմա մի քար շարժվում է` դառնում են բողոքավոր:

«Նիկոլը մեծահոգաբար» չի ասել, որ կարող ենք շոր ու կոշիկ չգնել, վատ սնվել, կյանքի հաճույքներից չօգտվենք ու էլ ավելի շատ հարկ մուծենք, որ ինքն ու իր պաշտոնյաները էլ ավելի շատ պարգևավճար ստանան, որ էլ ավելի շատ ասֆալտ արվի: Լավ, ասաֆալտն` ասֆալտ, իսկ եթե իշխանափոխությունից հետո պարզվի, թե ինչու էր Նիկոլը այդքան շատ «սիրում» ասֆալտ անել, թե ինչու է Պապիկյան Սուրենը նախարարության գործառույթները մի կողմ գցած առավոտից երեկո նկարվում ասֆալտի ֆոնին, եթե պարզվի, որ ասֆալտի տենդերները ամենևին էլ արդար չեն եղել ու ատկատ է եղել` ինչ է ասելու Նիկոլը՞, այս անգամ քանի տարի է նստելու Սուրենը՞, և վերջապես` ասֆալտ քիչ անելու համար նախկին իշխանություններին մերժածները ինչ են ասելո՞ւ:

Հա, վերջինները հավանաբար միմյանց կասեն, թե բա Նիկոլի վախտ ինչի՞ չէիք խոսում, Սուրենը ցույց կտա Նիկոլին, Նիկոլն էլ չուզենալով կհիշի իր հայտարարությունը, որ եթե ինքը կոռուպցիայի մեջ բռնվի` թող իրեն հրապարակում կախեն:
