Դեկտեմբերի 25-ից մինչև հունվարի 6-ը ազատ օրեր են, որոնք համապատասխանում են տարվա 12 ամիսներին։ Ամեն օր պլանավորեք գալիք տարվա մեկ ամիսը, օրինակ, դեկտեմբերի 25-ին՝ հունվարը, դեկտեմբերի 26-ին փետրվարը և այդպես շարունակ։ 
 
Փոխվելու օրը
 
Եթե ուզում եք գալիք տարին ապրել հանգիստ, ապա հունվարի 1-ին մնացեք տանը և ոչինչ մի արեք։ Եթե, հակառակը, երազում եք վառ ու հագեցած 12 ամիսների մասին, մեկ օրվա ընթացքում մի քանի անգամ փոխեք հագուստը։
 
Ցանկությունների ալբոմ
 
Սա նման է ցանկությունների քարտեզի, որտեղ ամեն ցանկությանը տրված է  առանձին էջ։ Իսկ երբ դրանք իրականան, ալբոմը ցանկությունների ալբոմից կդառնա ձեռքբերումների ալբոմ։

Սովորաբար մանդալան նկարում են, որբ որևէ խնդիր է  առաջանում։ Սակայն հոգեբանները խորհորդ են տալիս կախարդական շրջանակը ստեղծել նաև ցանկություններով։ Նկարեք 15 սմ տրամագծով շրջանակ և լցրեք այն տարբեր գույնի նկարներով և խորհրդանիշներով՝ սկսելով կենտրոնից։ Գույների և զարդերի ընտրության հարցում հիմնվեք ձեր ինտուիցիայի վրա։
 
Ճանապարհը դեպի նոր տարի
 
Ճանապարհը կարելի է սարքել ցանկացած ձև, օրինակ շարելով մոմերը։ Իսկ հետո ընտրեք ձեր ցանկության խորհրդանիշը և դրեք այն ձեր սարքած ուղու վերջում։ Կեսգիշերից քիչ առաջ նստեք ուղու սկզբնամասում, հավաքեք ձեր մտքերը, իսկ երբ հնչեն ամանորյա զարկերը, քայլեք ճանապարհով  դեպի ձեր ցանկությունը։
