ԱՊՀ դիտորդական առաքելությունը Հայաստանում անցկացված սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեն որակում է բաց, ազատ և օրինակելի: Ինչպես դեկտեմբերի 7-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը հայտնեց ԱՊՀ դիտորդական առաքելության ղեկավար Եվգենի Սլոբոդան, դիտորդները խախտումներ չեն արձանագրել ինչպես մինչև հանրաքվեն, այնպես էլ քվեարկության օրը: «Հանրաքվեի օրը դիտորդական առաքելության անդամներն այցելել են 508 տեղամասեր բոլոր մարզերում, բացի Սյունիքից: Մեր դիտորդները մասնակցել են տեղամասերի բացման արարողությանը, դիտարկել են քվեարկության ընթացքը, ինչպես նաև հանձնաժողովների կողմից տվյալների հաշվարկման գործընթացը: Այն տեղամասերը, ուր ներկա են գտնվել դիտորդները, քվերակությունն անցել է օրենքի սահմաններում: Մեր դիտորդները հանրաքվեի տեղամասերում արձանագրել են հանգիստ, բաց, ազատ աշխատանք»,-  ասաց Սլոբոդան:

Նրա խոսքով` ընտրական տեղամասերի հանձնաժողովականներից յուրաքանչյուրն իմացել է իր գործառույթը: Դիտարկման ժամանակ արձագրել են, որ ընտրություններին գալիս են տարեցներ, երիտասարդներ, հասուն տարիքի անձինք ինչպես միայնակ, այնպես էլ ընտանիքներով:

Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե «ինչպես կարող եք դրական գնահատել հանրաքվեի ընթացքը, երբ որոշ տեղամասերում խախտվել են լրագրողների իրավունքները, բաժանվել է ընտրակաշառք»` Եվգենի Սլոբոդան նկատեց. «Ես ասել եմ, որ այնտեղ, որտեղ մեր դիտորդները ներկա են եղել, այդպիսի խախտումներ չեն տեսել: Երևանում 18 տեղամասում եմ եղել, դրանցից 5-ում աշխատել են լրագրողներ, որոնց աշխատանքը ոչ ոք չի խոչընդոտել, նրանք նկարահանում էին, աշխատում: Ինչ վերաբերում է ընտրակաշառքին` այդպիսի փաստերի դիտորդական  առաքելությունը չի տիրապետում»,-ավելացրեց առաքելությա ն ղեկավարը:

ԱՊՀ դիտորդական առաքելության 78 ներկայացուցիչ է հսկել հանրաքվեի ընթացքը Հայաստանում:
