- Պարո՛ն Վարդանյան, վերջին շրջանում բողոքի ակցիաներ են անում Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան գնալու ցանկություն ունեցող անձինք։ Նրանք ԱԳՆ-ին են մեղադրում, որ չի լուծում խնդիրը, որպեսզի ռուսական կողմը թույլ տա, որ անարգել մեկնեն ՌԴ։ Ի՞նչ կարող են անել այս պայմաններում ՀՀ իշխանությունները։

— Մեր իշխանությունները շատ բան կարող են անել, բայց ոչինչ չեն անում։ Սա, իհարկե, բարդ և բազմաշերտ հարց է, և շատ կարճ ժամանակում լուծվող հարց չէ, բայց  և այնպես, ես կարծում եմ, որ լուծում ունի, եթե մենք կարողանանք համապատասխան մակարդակի բանակցություններ վարել Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Ես չեմ կարծում, որ Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան մեկնելու համար ինչ-որ առանձնահատուկ տրանսպորտի միջոցներ են պետք, կամ բարձր մակարդակի միջազգային պայմանագիր պետք է կնքել։ Սա, իհարկե, տեխնիկական հարց է և կարծում եմ լուծում ունի, բայց ես տեսնում եմ, որ մեր իշխանության կողմից որևէ քայլ չի կատարվում, և մեր իշխանությունները շարունակում են անտարբեր մնալ այդ մարդկանց ճակատագրի վերաբերյալ։ Բայց այդ մարդկանց էլ կարելի է հասկանալ, քանի որ նրանք  գտնվում են անելանելի վիճակում։ Ընտանիքները կիսվել են, մարդիկ մնացել են Հայաստանում, երեխաները՝ Ռուսաստանում, կամ հակառակը, սկսվում է ուսումնական տարին և մտահոգում է, թե ինչպես երեխաները պետք է գնան դպրոց, ինչպես պետք է ընտանիքները միանան, ինչպես պետք է պահպանեն իրենց աշխատատեղերը։ Այս ամենը բազմաթիվ հարցերի շուրջ է գնում։ Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ իշխանությունը սահմանափակվում է բացառապես ինչ-որ անիմաստ, անբովանդակ խոստումներով, մարդկանց ուղարկում են այստեղից-այնտեղ։ Մեկը ասում է դիմեք ԱԺ, մյուսը  ասում է գնացեք կառավարություն, մյուսն էլ ուղարկում է ԱԳՆ և կարելի է ասել այսպես մարդկանց հետ ֆուտբոլ են խաղում, ինչը, իհարկե, անընդունելի է իշխանության կողմից, որովհետև իշխանությունը պարտավոր է ամենայն լրջությամբ զբաղվել այս հարցով և գտնել այդ հարցի լուծման ճանապարհները։

- ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը, օրինակ՝ ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստում կոչ է արել Հայաստանի իշխանություններին հումանիտար միջանցքի հարցը քննարկել Ռուսաստանի հետ և բացառության կարգով որոշ քաղաքացիների տեղափոխումը կազմակերպել։ Ի՞նչ կարծիք ունեք այս հայտարարության հետ կապված։

— Եվ ինչո՞ւ ոչ․․․ես կարծում եմ՝ բավականին ողջամիտ լուծում է առաջարկել, չգիտեմ, թե իշխանությունը ինչպես կվերաբերվի և ինչ կարծիք կհնչեցնի այդ առաջարկի շուրջ, ավելին, մենք դեռ չգիտենք, թե իշխանությունը ինչ որոշում է կայացրել, բայց ես գտնում եմ, որ դա վատ առաջարկ չէ։ Այս խնդիրը աշխատանք է պահանջում, և իրենց աշխատասենյակում կոֆե խմելով կամ պարգևավճար ստանալով այդ հարցը չի լուծվի։ Այդ հարցը պետք է ամենայն լրջությամբ քննարկվի և մշակվի և վերջ ի վերջո հարցը լուծում ստանա։
