Օգտագործեք տարբեր բնական հումքերից պատրաստած սկրաբներ, օրինակ՝ մեղրով ու կիտրոնի հյութով սկրաբ: Բաժակի մեջ քամեք կիտրոնի հյութը և ավելացրեք մի փոքր մեղր: Բամբակը թրջեք լուծույթի մեջ և տարածեք դեմքին: Այն փոքրացնում է ծակոտիները:
Մեկ այլ սկրաբ կարող եք պատրաստել յոգուրտով ու շաքարավազով: Բաժակի մեջ յոգուրտը խառնեք շաքարավազի հետ, ապա խառնուրդով մերսեք ձեր դեմքը: Շատ կարևոր է մաշկը կեղտերից մաքրելը: Տարեկան 3 անգամ արեք դա:
