Ինչ է կատարվում քրեական աշխարհում և դրա շուրջ Կովկասում

Անցնող օրերին հայաստանյան լրահոսում բավականին աշխույժ գծերի շարքում են քրեական աշխարհի շուրջ ծավալվող տեղեկությունները: Մասնավորապես, օրեր առաջ իրավապահները ձերբակալեցին երկու «օրենքով գողի» ՝ Օշականցի Գևորիկ և ԶԱՊ մականուններով: Վերջինս հայտնի է նաև այլ պատմություններից, որոնք առնչվել են Հայաստան-Չեխիա հարաբերությանը դեռևս նախահեղափոխական շրջանում, երբ Չեխիայի իշխանությունն այն ժամանակ Երևանի առաջ դրել էր ԶԱՊ-ին արտահանձնելու պահանջ, ինչը չկատարվեց: Նախօրեին էլ տեղեկություն հայտնվեց, որ կրակել են մեկ այլ «օրենքով գող» Արտյոմ Կոնևսկոյի քրոջ որդիների վրա, որոնցից մեկը վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում է: Թե որքանով են կապակցված քրեական աշխարհի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող այս զարգացումները, դժվար է ասել, քանի որ չկա դրա վերաբերյալ ստույգ տեղեկություն, բայց ակնառու է, որ զարգանում են բավականին ինտենսիվ գործընթացներ:
Ընդ որում, մեկ այլ ուշադրության արժանի զուգահեռ կարող է լինել այն, որ այս օրերին զուգահեռ աղմկոտ սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Ադրբեջանում, որտեղ սպանվել է այսպես ասած գլխավոր օրենքով գողը՝ Լոտու Գուլի մականունով, որին սպանել է մեկ այլ ադրբեջանցի «օրենքով գող»՝ թուրքական Անթալիա քաղաքում: Կա՞ արդյոք որևէ կապակցվածություն հանցավոր աշխարհի այդ իրադարձությունների մեջ, դարձյալ ասելը բարդ է, սակայն հայտնի է որ այդ աշխարհն այսպես ասած սահմաններ, առավել ևս պետական սահմաններ չի ճանաչում: Ըստ այդմ, կարող ենք խոսել որոշակիորեն նկատելի աշխուժացման ֆոնի մասին և այդ համատեքստում էլ հատկանշական է Հայաստանում իրավապահների բավականին կոշտ գործողությունները, որ նկատվում են վերջին օրերին, միաժամանակ իհարկե նաև Հայաստանում «օրենքով գողի» զարմիկների ուղղությամբ հնչած կրակոցները, որոնց առնչությամբ իրականացվում է քննություն: Այդ ամենն անշուշտ ուշադրության արժանի է առավելապես այն հանգամանքով, որ քրեական աշխարհի այդ ինստիտուտները հետխորհրդային տարածքում, դեռևս ԽՍՀՄ շրջանից, բայց հետո նաև ձևավորված ամբողջատիրական համակարգերի բերումով, սերտաճած են քաղաքական իրողությունների հետ: Դրանով է, որ գրավում են ուշադրություն և ստիպում խորհել այդ զարգացումների, հնարավոր կապերի, հակադրությունների և այլնի մասին, թեև այդ իմաստով իհարկե պահանջվում է պարզապես իրավապահ և անվտանգային մարմինների գերզգոնություն:
